Hi, po mga sis, nag pa pre employment (LOCAL) lang ako kanina and hinde ako nakapag xray kasi positive ako for pregnancy blood test. Mga Sis, help naman po, Although FIT to WORK naman ang Doctors clearance ko, pero tatanggapin pa ba ako sa new company, kahit pinag sstart na nila ako mg work pero hindi ko pa nabibigay ang Result ng Med test ko. I'am willing to work, my worry kasi is baka hinde na ako tanggapin. Mas kelangan ko magwork now that im preggy na. Meron po ba nka experience dito na, tinanggap pa rin sa new work kahit early pregnancy? Mga SIS, help naman. Nagwoworry ako.

yes po, meron naman company na tumatanggap ng preggy... Gaya ko, nag hire ako sa isang trading company.. pero hindi ko alam na preggy na pala ako nun, after a month nag pt ako dahil delay menstration ko. Nung nag positive, sinabi ko na agad sa boss ko na im pregnant and hindi naman sila nagreact ng negative.. Now, nanganak na ako and babalik na ulit ako sa work ko dahil tapos na maternity leave ko 😊😊😊

Hi Sis Fatima, thanks sa response mo. Kht pano ngkaroon ako ng pag asa. Kinakatakot ko kc mgstart p lang ako ng work ko this coming monday. Sana matanggap nila ako mkpg work s knila.after all, andami ko dn pinagdaanan bago maipasa ang lahat. Minsan naiisip ko ang wrong timing naman. I feel so emotional this time 😔

Hi sis,

Don't worry. If you are already hired and have undergone the medical and completed your requirements na, you are hired already. They cannot 'un-hire' you just because you are pregnant. We have a law that supports women (Magna Carta for Women) and it also stated in the Labor Code.

Since that you are early in your pregnancy, you can still work. Let them know asap so they could understand your situation and what you need. 

Just tell them early on so you won't stress much. Bawal ma-stress  sis.

Hi mga sis. In my case, ganun din situation ko . I learned that im pregnant after completing the requirements and medical exam. During my first day of employment sinabi ko agad sa hr na pregnant ako. On my second day they told me na di daw nila puwede ipa continue yung work ko dahil at the time i would deliver my baby, yun daw yung time na madaming work. And baka ma stress daw ako. I even asked them kung pwe kahit 4 months lang ako mag work kasi a badly need money para sa baby ko. Sabi nila di daw talaga pwede. Sbi nila mas maganda daw kung mag resign nalang ako. So yun, nag pass ako resignation kahit labag sa loob ko kasi. I really need the job but they won't accept me.

We hope and pray na okay lang sa magiging company mo na makaagwork kahit preggy ka... iwasan ang mag worry sis at bawal na bawal muna ang stress...
