goodday! wala daw si dra aguilar sabi ng secretary niya good thing tumawag akoh kahapon before going to QC.. sa sept 6 daw magreresume pagkiclinic niya.. nagpaappointment nalang akoh, pang 4 daw kami hehe.. baka gabihin na kami uwi nun.. but its ok... update kita momi and nagmember na din akoh sa yahoo groups... thank you ha... sobrang thank you through this gumagaan pakiramdam koh... Sana meron dito area where we can donate....kasi meron akong pavlik harness (cost 6K) and hip abduction brace (cost P22K) which I want to donate directly, kaya wala pa akong makita na pwede kong pag bigyan.

Good day! I'm 5 months pregnant and yesterday i had my congenital scan. We found out na merong left clubfoot ang magiging baby namen kaya naman at this early time nagresearch na kaagad kami ng husband ko kung paano matitreat. I'm happy to found this site kaya naman nagregister kaagad ako dito. Just like any other parents, gusto talaga namen na maging okay si baby. Ngayon pa lang gusto ko na makausap si Dr. Aguilar. I can see na siya yong expert dito according sa mga posts nyo. Ask ko lang po kung how many times icacast ang foot ni baby para mapaghandaan rin namen ni hubby ang gastos. Sana matulungan nyo rin kami in the future about sa shoes and brace. I have read na magastos ito. Thank you so much.

I would like to share my experience din sa CAS nung unang pregnancy ko (I hope makatulong) sabi sa akin ng Ob-sonologist on my 5th month din yun, clubbed "daw" left foot ng baby ko. kaya nagpa4d kami sa inmywomb moa para pasecond opinion, kinonfirmed na clubbed nga "daw". Tapos pinakita ko ang result sa OB ko, sabi niya wag daw ako masyadong mag-alala baka it'll cause stress lang on my part, sa halip sabi niya NASA POSISYON LANG YUN NG BABY MO HABANG INUULTRASOUND. So yun, after 2 months, nagpa 3rd opinion naman ulit kami. as in CLUBBED pa rin. From then on, tanggap ko na. Pero hindi muna ako nag contact ng specialist nun kasi at the back of my mind, parang may instinct ako, naisip ko sabi ni OB sa akin kaya hinihintay ko munang makanganak ako.. and to our surprise, nung inilabas ko sya, normal naman ang left foot niya. true enough posisyon nga lang ni baby yun sa loob. Wag ka worry sis, baka posisyon lang din yan case ng baby mo.

Sorry for the late reply. Twice rin ako nagpaCAS. As per advised din ng OB ko wag kami masyado mag alala kc nga baka makastress lang saken. Pero ganon pa rin ang result, the only difference is yung right foot niya daw yung clubbed. Ask ko si OB kung alin talaga yung clubbed then sabi niya mas accurate yung second kc yung OB na nagultrasound saken ay expert daw. So ayun nga tinanggap na lang namen ni hubby. Hindi pa rin kami nagcocontact ng specialist. Nagppray pa rin na sana paglabas ni baby ok na siya. Sana nga sa posisyon lang ni baby.

My inaanak has clubfeet too. She went through surgery na and may special shoes na pinapagamit sa kanya pag gabi until she turns 5 years old yata yon.

regarding sa ponseti shoes, it is quite expensive-yes pero pwede itong isuot kahit lagpas na toes basta wag lang sobrang lagpas na mag-cause ito ng relapse sa clubfeet.

For babies, atleast 2pairs per year dahil mabilis lumaki ang paa ng mga babies. but after a year-old and so, once a year na lang ang change ng shoe size.

For the first 3-months of wear - 23hrs is recommended for brace wear then decreasing as months goes until it reach 12 hours per day.

barefoot is best for children with clubfoot - this is during the time na hindi sila required to wear ponseti brace. This will help children build muscles.

Hi jarah, yung pagcasting depende sa sitwasyon ng feet ng baby. Sa amin non suppose to be 9x icacast baby ko pero since maganda ang response niya inabot lang kami ng 5x. Yes po may bayad per casting. Kay dra.aguilar 4k+ per casting per week un ah. Tapos depende pa if operahan si baby mo. Yung iba kasing mga bata after a series of casting di nagrerespond ng maayos yung feet nila kaya minsan dra.recommends operation.

I'm planning kase ipagamot club foot niya kaso kng kay dra aguilar n rate parang d ko kaya ang gastos..

wala pa kong budget na malaki kaya I'm looking for ortho n cheaper pero magaling at magamot ang baby q..

At sana mabigyan nyo ko ng estimate amount ng mga magagastos pra mpaghandaan ko pls mga mommies pa help

sis, alam ko si dra meron schedule sa orthopedic center eh. not sure lang kung ano sched niya dun. pwede mo siguro coordinate sa secretary niya. kasi alam ko pag walang wala she accomodate naman. meron din naman sa pgh pero sa dami ng pinuntahan namin si dra.aguilar talaga nirerecomend ko. oo magastos nga pero sulit naman sis. naalala ko nabaon kami ng husto sa utang dahil sa pagpapagamot pero nakaya naman para sa anak namin. Kaya yan sis makakaraos din kayo. Pray din:)
