Ito yung recipe ko ng tuna spread;
- mayo (roger's real eggy)
- tuna in brine or in vege oil
- salt, sugar, paprika, pepper
- corn kernel

Mix all together lang pero remove yung water or oil ng tuna ha :)
For a healthy tuna sandwich you add lettuce, tomato, cucumber or even a thin sliced of apple or pears for a different yet delicious taste :)

unlike all other moms, i dont use plain mayo. I use bestfoods na kulay reddish yung lalagyan. me kasamang pickles na kasi yun sa me konting asim na sing kasama. real mayonnaise kasi is bland para sa taste ko.. then instead of using tuna in oil i just use corned tuna. then tsaka ko lalagyan ng tinadtad na sibuyas. :) yun lang simpleng simple lang po. di rin masyadong magastos. :)
