sa sentosa sis madami din dun pwede puntahan.. you can check sa website nila para makita mo ang preview.. sa zoo naman, if you want to go sa lahat ng zoo, i suggest bili ka na ng park hopper special na ticket, mas makakatipid kasi tatlo na yung nandun. saka may river safari na nga pala. pwede mo din tingnan. =)

Hi, yes it is free entrance for kids under 2 years old. Here's the link of the park hopper rates - http://riversafari.com.sg/visitor-info/park-hopper-specials.html

I am planning a 7D/6N Singapore Travel for my family.  Appreciate feedback on accommodation and itinerary from mommies who have visited Singapore.

Thanks!

@traveldelight

We are 4 pax (2 adults and 2 kids, ages 10 and 6).

Travel dates: Dec 20-27

Proposed itinerary:

Day 1 Arrival mid day (SG City - probably Marina Bay and Garden by the Bay area)
Day 2 Malaysia - Lego Land (overnight at Lego Land Hotel)
Day 3 Lego Land
Day 4 Jurong Area (Jurong Bird Park, OMNI theater) / SG Botanical Garden
Day 5 SG Zoo and Orchard Road
Day 6 Sentosa (overnight) already pre-booked at Festive Hotel for 2 nights
Day 7 USS
Day 8 Sentosa (SEA Aquarium and Maritime Museum)/ Departure late night

Really appreciate your thoughts and comments. I have not decided on the SG Hotel, but I have read good reviews on Royal Plaza on Scott.

been to singapore and malaysia recently, 5 days in sg and  5 days din sa malaysia...well super expensive sa singapore compare sa malaysia..sa accomodation pa lang ang mahal na, so we stay lang sa low budget na hotel along balestier rd, dun kasi yung medyo mga mura na hotel...and its a good decision kasi pagtulog lang talaga naging purpose nun kasi halos early morning eh umaalis na kami and late at night na kami umuwi...
mahal ang taxi, so get ez link card, you can buy it sa 7 eleven, sa mga train stations or even sa airport, paloadan mo lang siya (laking tipid compare sa taxi rate) super dali lang mag commute sa singapore, grab a map sa airport for free and your ready to go...
1st day namin eh sentosa, medyo nangangapa pa kaya hindi nasunod itenerary na hinanda ko,namasyal muna kami sa harbour front kaya around 1 na kami dumating ng sentosa,so sea aquarium lang napuntahan namin dun and sight seeing lang sa sentosa
2nd day- sentosa again, whole day sa universal studio, cant get enough sa mga rides eh
3rd day- marina bay, orchard road, china town
4th day- singapore zoo, river safari and night safari
5th day-  wala na pahinga onti kasi flight na namin pamalaysia,
medyo mabilis kasi mapagod hubby ko and daughter ko tamad maglakad pareho kaya hindi namin napuntahan yung iba...from sg ata puwede na mag train and bus pamalaysia para makapunta ng legoland and hello kitty, actually hindi rin namin napuntahan to, hindi kasi ako fan ni hello kitty ganun din daughter ko and nung nasa malaysia na kami, medyo malayo yung place namin dun so yun...malaysia parang province lang sa pinas, pero sg talaga nagustuhan ko :)

I've been reading here to help me prepare for our trips. Now is actually my first time to write something. Here is something to help those who are planning to go to Singapore based on my family's experience.

1. Singapore Zoo is sure to be a hit with the kids. It has a vast collection of animals in a natural setting, has animal shows and has a kiddie area called Rainforest Kidzworld which has a nice water play structure.

2. Gardens By The Bay's Cloud Forest and Flower Dome provide a unique experience (that we don't get in Manila) and are value for money. Cloud Forest will make you feel like you've been transported to a different world full of mystery with its manmade falls while Flower Dome is filled with a spectacular display of colorful flowers.

3. Sentosa has lots to offer both young and old. For those on a budget, it is still possible to enjoy Sentosa without breaking the bank. Let your kids roam around Resorts World and play at the free water play area. Go to the beach and take a dip or play with the sand. There is a free animal show called Animal and Bird Encounters at Palawan Amphitheatre along Palawan Beach. Bring your kids there. There is also Port of Lost Wonder, a water play area along Palawan beach, that charges only SGD10/child on weekdays and SGD15/child on weekends. Parents get in for free.

4. Other things for kids and the whole family to do for free in Singapore include visiting Jacob Ballas Children's Garden, Singapore Botanic Garden, Far East Organization Children's Garden at Garden's by the Bay, Haw Par Villa, Chinatown and Singapore Art Museum among others.

If you want to read more about these, here are the links. Hope this helps.
