No receipt, No exchange on SM Department Stores??

Hi mommies. I bought a pair of shoes para sa baby boy ko 3 days ago sa SM Dep't store. It was when we are at home nung napansin ko nalang na may sira na yung right pair ng shoes. But the problem mommies, I can't find the receipt. Gusto ko sana siya papalit same shoes style size pero hindi sana may sira. Pwede ko pa kaya papalit mommies help?

Hi sis. In my experience need talaga ng receipt sa halos lahat ng establishments. Some of them will not grant your request to reprint the receipt. In your case, I believe hindi talaga mapapalitan yan ng   wala talagang receipt. This was March papala. Dapat naibalik mo siya before 7 days after mo siya nabili since defective naman yung item. I suggest na lang sis pag may bibilin ka na item/s capture it sa phone kasi these days yung mga resibo din madali mag fade for your reference narin if things like this happen again.
