As a first time mommy, nagiging sigurista at maselan ako kay baby.. He is 12months old and 1 week, what I make sure is that nakakainom siya ng vitamin C everyday, we make sure na malinis parati ang paligid and most of all we always give him fruits na rich in Vitamin C.. Siyempre minsan hindi naiiwasan kaya I always have a salinase solution para sa sipon and tempra (paracetamol) na available sa bahay.. 😊

Daming lamok ngayong tag lamig.

This.
I also have a cool mist vaporizer in my daughter's room and use it every night since flu season started. She has her first cold and it has seemed to help with her stuffiness. Low humidity may lead to cough and breathing problems.

When you're outside, ensure that anyone who handles your baby does not have a sniffle or any other symptoms. And always keep your baby warm and out of the elements (or protected when in environments where the flu would be present - GP waiting areas, shopping centres etc).
