Any mommy here on a low carb diet? I just started my LC diet 3 days ago and I bad need a support group!

Bawas rice lang ako. Same with other carbs like pasta. Is that considered low carb? Bawas din sugar. I prefer water than softdrinks. no to iced tea unless ako magtitimpla from scratch (not instant). Can yo share your diet plan?

oh gl with it! Just wanna advise you to control your nutrition in a moderate pace! For instance, you can eat high carbs during the first half of the day but try to avoid such meals after 6 p.m.
