In an outreach party, can you also invite your own guests? Suggestion pls on how I can get the guests participate in helping the institution.

Birthday outreach program

Hi, we are planning to have an outreach program for kids to celebrate my son's birthday. Do yo have any suggestions on where to do it? Or maybe charities that we can contact? Thanks!
