^ di ko isuggest ang Trust pills .. since you dont wanna gain weight..stay away from Trust pills..dyan nang galing ang sumpa sa katawan ko.. i used that pills for 11months..and from 52kg..naging 62kg ako!!!! so ngayon hindi ko alam ang gagawin pano pumayat ulit...sumpa yan..im using gracial now been using it for 4mos na..hindi naman nag gain ako 62kg pa din..pero now im really having the hardest time losing weight..ive tried leisure18 didnt work for me..

I've been using Trust pills for almost a year now and hindi naman ako tumaba. No side effects for me so I must be really lucky! Haha.

I have a question. After ba maubos yung trust pill iinom ka agad or hintayin mo muna na magkaroon ka and start again?

I have a question about this. I'm already taking this pills and it works for me. My question is, i have already missed 5 days straight from dec 28. it's only the 7 brown pills that i haven't taken. i paused taking the pills because i got admitted to the hospital and i completely forgot about it, until now im not having my period? will i continue taking the pill even if i missed 5 days straight? will it induce my menstruation? or i will buy a new pack? I need your help. thanks

Sis, sabi mo brown ones yung na-miss mo. Okay lang yun. After you took the yellow ones, you can NOT take the brown ones kasi Iron lang naman un. Ako ginagawa ko I don't take the brown ones pero I dispose one for each day (7 brown pills) to remind me na kapag 1 nalang natitira, then it's time to buy a new pack and take the yellow agad kinabukasan.

tinigil ko muna ang trust pills for one month kase since nagtake ako two months ago wala akong free pill..laging dumadating yung period ko nasa yellow pill pa lang ako..so i need to take another pack na naman...haaaay!
kaya i decided to stop muna,then i will have it again once i have my period next week...

question-can i take pills,even after a week of my period?wala kaming contact ni hubby,so sure akong hindi buntis...

^yes you can. but you gotta be extra careful. use a back up method during the first month of use (start of the pill pack). It takes 1 complete cycle for the pill to work based on that situation.

^me too, im using LADY pills, nagulat nga yung pharmacist kasi she asked my maid kung sinong iinom, inutusan ko kasi siya, ayaw maniwala kasi nga mura tapos amo ang iinom? hahaha.

anyway, ive tried diane, nordiol, althea etc pero sa LADY lang ako nahiyang, hindi ako tumataba at super hiyang. nag llose pa nga akong weight.

after finishing the 28 tablets, start na ba agad sa panibagong pack the next day? so continues lang sya talaga? walang time na ihihinto mo?

@ requim---After you finish the tablets sis,you will have your period na...minsan hindi mo pa nga tapos eh,like me nung first time kong ginamit nag-aadjust kase ang katawan natin eh...on the third day of my period ko na sya tinetake para may pahinga naman...kase when you have your period na you have to start another pack..minsan naman you finish the pack na you just have to wait for your period yun yung rest time mo sa pills...

After your first tab sis, if you will have intercourse dapat may extra protection for one week(withdrawal,condoms)pero if darating si hubby mo after a week na you took pills safe naman na po sya....

ok. ok. i understand na. i just bought trust pills kanina lang. 1st time ako gagamit. wait ko na lang na dumating period ko. katapusan na lang ng october di pa ko dinadatnan! last september 22 1st day of mens ko so dapat dinatnan nako this week, right?
i used to have regular mens b4 pregnancy, pero ngayon parang nag-aalternate ako. ok lang ba ang ganun while taking pills?

oo actually mas maganda nga kase it regulates your period eh....women who has irregular period nireresetahan din ng ganito(not necessary trust ha)para maregulate at maging regular ang period nila........

just had my period last night. & the 1st time to take trust pills. la man side effects sakin. kala ko di ako dadatnan ngayong month. hay! hoping na dumami pa happy hormones ko. lol.
