we turn off all the lights so kids can sleep and then when asleep na, that is when I open a night light and turn it off sa morning na :)

starting 4 months lamp shade na kami from lights on. then starting 9 months ata we turned off the lights completely kasi ayaw nyang humiga pag may nakikita pa syang ilaw.. good thing hindi sya nasanay sa hele so when i turned off the lights 100% sure matutulog na sya

we turn off the lights and use a lampshade, this helped with our firstborn's sleep routine  pati sa 2nd child. they slep longer and mas regular.

lights on, breastfeed kasi kaya siguro mas madali patulugin, she's 2 na pero 1yr old pa lang siya nasanay na si baby na sleep ng 7:30 and gising after 12 hrs kaya masarap din tulog ko sa gabi and matatakutin  kasi ako kaya ayoko ng madilim.hehe. ;D

We have a small lamp with soft lights. Kelangan kase pag gagawa ng milk chaka para we can check our daughter din from time to time.

We keep some sort of nightlight on like the mosquito light, or the lampshade we keep inside one of our closet so the light isn't too bright so we can still enjoy a little bit of darkness.

 Both my kids learned quickly that darkness meant sleeping time and daylight meant playtime.

Just press his legs together and his eyes emit a bright light, which works great as a night light slash lamp!

We have a night stand which we use from 6 or 7pm onwards. We had a routine so he knows na its sleeping time na. :)
