Sa previous work ko, smart casual pero I try to look corporate. But now that I'm working sa isang major apparel brand, I have to look the part. Medyo mahirap yung adjustment kasi casual talaga.
Mabuti na lang may employee sale kaya nakakabili ako.

Medyo nagbabago nga yung attitude ko towards fashion. Dati talaga laid-back lang. Blouse and jeans. Ngayon, natuto ako mag-layering. :)

pareho tayo, Mommy France. sa work lang ako nakapag-layering kasi malamig. hehe i started buying cover-ups when i got into the retail industry. pero dati medyo brand conscious ako, ngayon mas naging budget conscious ako. hehe kaya nabawasan na pamimili ko ng branded, pag sale na lang ako nakakabili. mas ok pa nga sa ukay kasi merong mas fashionable clothes dun (especially cover ups!) kelangan mo nga lang pilian. so far okay naman mga nabibili ko. :)

Ako talaga di brand conscious. Ngayon lang medyo maingat ako kasi siyempre, as an employee - I carry the name of the company. Required din kami to use our own products kasi may clothing allowance.

Share ko lang... since hindi ako madalas bumili ng damit and my husband gained weight, I use his old clothes. :D Sayang naman. Kaunting creativity lang.

Today, I am wearning his white Polo Shirt na parang dress saken.

:-\ Siguro I always go for comfortableness. Flat shoes lagi ang binibili ko. Dito naman sa office namin, we're really not required to wear formal attire. As long as OK yung top (read: no dangling neckline), pwede na. Kase yun lang naman ang nakikita sa webcam when we teach our students. Pero siempre, smart casual pa din dapat from head-to-feet. So most of the time, I just wear jeans and a nice shirt and yes, my ever present flat shoes.  :P

Nowadays, naisip ko na dapat I should dress my age. I'm in my late 20's and for me, it's awkward to see people my age wearing shirts with cartoon characters. Dati, gusto ko may print and all. I go for neutral slash boring colors like black, grey and beige. Pero I still like green.  ;D

I'd love to wear loud colored pair of shoes (like yung mga nauuso ngayon) pero tingin ko hindi ko din 'keri'. Isa pa, when I buy shoes in red or in yellow or in green, I must have a bag and a belt in those colors to match them with (which is, hindi na practical on my part).

@BlueAby - siyempre nag-picture ako that day.. pero di ko na upload. Laging ready!!

great job, Mommy France! ako naman hindi sa boyfriend ko yung ginagamit na damit, sa anak ko! meron kasi siya polo na dapat ipapang-UN day niya (Denmark dapat), e hindi natuloy dahil sa Ondoy. ako na lang gumamit. ginawa kong cover-up (syempre 3/4s na sya sakin at hindi ko na masara yung ibang butones) and it works. post ko if i have time. :)

^^ Cute.... Pag sinira ko yung butones eh parang akong longanisa so like you, layering lang din. :D

Meron silang bagong term sa mga damit. UPCYCLE.
