Injectable is also like the regular pill, baka po hindi ninyo makayanan ang side effect. We'll never know for sure unless try niyo injectable but should it cause you the same pain, there's no stopping it, you have to bear it. I did try injectable kasi walang effect sa akin but I won't recommend it sa mga sentisitive.
Suggest ko po try niyo natural method.

Hi everyone,

Dalawang klase ang Hormonal Contraceptives: (1) Progestin-only, at (2) Combined.

Minsan mabilis (blood clots)...minsan mabagal at maghihirap muna (Cancer).

Hi mga mommies.. ako din first time ko gumamit ng injectables. And ever since puro spotting ako. Bumalik ako sa OB ko and sabi niya baka hindi daw hiyang sakin yung pills since injectables is also a pills daw. Niresetahan niya ako ng premarin and she suggested IUD. kaya lang natatakot ako. Meron po ba sainyo gumagamit ng IUD? ano side effects niya at masakit ba paglalagay? TIA

I was under injectable for 5 years. After 4 months from my supposed next shot (na hindi ko na ginawa) nagbalik ang cycle ko. It's different for every woman.

My ob kasi gave me meds para mahinto yung spotting ko. Nawala na sya after taking nung gamot. Nakakafrustrate kasi.

@iamsai05, according to DOH, safe daw po iyon. Here's the link:

@zhel1605, if you are not sure, don't take it. Hindi dapat tayo pressured in taking any form of contraceptive. Resort to other methods nalang po. Just FYI, iba-iba ang effect ng injectables. It will really disrupt, even stop your cycle.

^Sis much better kung ganon. :) Yung sakin, around P400 ata per injection, good for 3 months

If you are getting the birth control on time, what you are experiencing is the hormones flooding your body during the new birth control you just had. You can ask the write up of the birth control you just had yun package insert or if you know the name search for it online. You can see some of the adverse effects of taking it as well. Better talk to your OB about other injectables that won't have bad effect such as you are having now.
