We're booked for HKDL this March. We didn't get any package. Most packages kasi na nakikita namin, mix of downtown trip. We've decided na purely Disneyland lang. Saka na lang kami pupunta sa downtown HK, kapag malaki na si bunso.  Mahirap pa-transport-transport kapag may baby eh. As of now, kay Mickey lang sila interested.  We'll be staying in Disneyland Hollywood Hotel.  Since we booked the hotel separately, medyo mahal. But they have this promo until April 1 na 25% off, so na-avail namin yun so okay na din.     Cebu Pacific lang yun airplane na kinuha namin para cheaper.

Sisses, hand-carry lang ang stroller sa Cebu Pac, right? 
First time ko na magtratravel with a baby eh.
Saka, would you know kung pwede magdala ng babyhaler at nebulizer.  (for emergency lang naman yun).. pero di bale, magpapa-reseta na lang kami sa doctor before kami umalis.
And also, pano yung water for baby's milk?  I mean, may nabibilhan ba doon or pwede kami magdala ng water?

yes mommy hand carry lang stroller sa cebupac. upon boarding, just give the stroller to the stewardes. then yung sa baby ko...doon na sa luggage pick-up place na namin nakuha with our check-in luggages.

from HK to PHIL na trip ang medyo mahigpit sa bottled water. you still have to show the baby and the baby milk to allow you to bring the water. pero for adults, di pwede any drink kaya ininom namin sa airport.

we went to HK last March 2008..it was cold...the coldest was 13C during the 3rd day...my tip is to always check the weather para ready kayo what to bring...and what to expect para okay din ang set ng schedules check out http://www.hko.gov.hk/contente.htm, accurate ito and updated...

Kami lang ang nagplan ng itineraries namin...with the help of some friends na frequent goer sa Hong Kong and of course its best if you study their map...user friendly naman eh. Better use the MTR than taking the cab...grabe taga hehe but it was fun...if you're the adventurous type, kahit na first time nyo, better have it your way...plan nyo lang mga gusto nyo puntahan. and stick with your plan...para di sayang ang pamasahe...try nyo din yung Tram nila...the train in the middle of the streets..its cool! 1 HK$ lang!!!

we stayed at Causeway Bay area...we had our hotel at Marlboro Hostel, http://www.marlborohostel.com/ , very cheap but clean place...di kami masyado nasplurge on hotel kase most of our stay nasa labas kami...

HKDL was sulit...though hindi rin lahat napuntahan..its best na kumuha kayo kaagad ng map and schedule map..para well scheduled ang paglibot sa park...lahat ng napuntahan namin on queue... pagkatapos ng isa tamang tama start na nung next na attraction..kaya enjoy talaga ng trip namin sa Disneyland. we were not able to see the fireworks display though..pero okay lang kasi meron pa kaming babalikan kung hehe

Thanks sis bave for the info.  Malamig pala sa HK kapag March.  Yes, we'll check weather advisory.  As of now, purely Disney trip kami.. doon lang din kami magstay sa hotel sa loob... siguro, sa pagbalik namin hehe... sa susunod), explore naman namin yung ibang places doon.  We actually plan to take a cab from the airport to Disney.  Hindi kasi namin kabisado how to get to the disney hotel from the airport.  But I plan to print a map para hindi naman kami masyado maligaw or maloko ng cab... sana lang, mabait yung cab na masakyan namin. I read your blog, nakakalungkot naman at inikot kayo nung cab na sinakyan nyo.  Akala ko sa Pinas lang yang ganyan.. hehe.

ask mo din yung hotel kung meron shuttle service sila from airport to your hotel...pero kung sa Disney hotel naman kayo medyo malapit lang naman ang airport...sana lang wag kayo masyado tagain...or masyado utakan in terms of speed...

siguro miscommunication din yung nangyari samin...kase most of the drivers are chinese talaga barok mag-english and konti lang talaga ang nakakacommunicate in english...mas maganda siguro na ipakita nyo yung map to where you're really going para clear tapos be observant..magbasa keo ng mga street signages tapos relate nyo sa map..pero kung meron naman kayong tour guide to bring you to the areas..wala naman na kayo masyadong problema...basta always bring the map with you at all times...its the best tip i could give you.

hi sis..when we brought our son sa DL, he just turned 2. at that time he was into toy story kaya kilala na niya sila buzz lightyear at woody...kaya sila talaga yung inabangan namin sa park..and we're really fortunate to have a photo opt with him.

maganda talaga kung sasama si baby na walking na if not kailangan ng strollers, orelse magbubuhat ka the whole time. Tsaka with this ages..mas maapreciate nila yung mga makikita nila sa park and the whole trip...

mga 25k more or less sis, depende sa hotel na titirahan nyo :-) tama si sis bave pag walking na si baby para di masyado mahirap sa kargahan :-) i was planning to bring carys this dec sa disney, kaso mukhang mapapaaga at mag SIN muna kami, hopefully by the end of July open na ang Universal Studios :-)

we went to hongkong last november 2009 together with my 2yo daughter.. we stayed at hollywood hotel...from the airport to the hotel, we took a cab (can't remember if we took the green or red cab). the cost was about HKD100..there was a promo then that if you stay at disneyland hotel or hollywood hotel, you can avail of the buy one take one promo on park tickets. but the free ticket is only valid the next day..

the next day we transferred to another hotel - Royal Plaza Hotel kasi malayo na ang hollywood hotel para sa mga ibang tourist spots ng hongkong...this is a very nice hotel..it is adjacent to a mall so di mahirap maghanap ng makakainan..tapos may playground din yung mall for kids..yung hotel naman maganda yung pool nila, may underwater music..

we went to ocean park din...dapat maaga kasi sobrang dami ng tao..haba ng mga pila sa mga rides...tapos 6pm pa lang close na sila..

lahat kami lang ng husband ko ang nagplan..kung saan pupunta at kung ano ang gagawin...nakakapagod nga lang maglakad ng maglakad maghapon hanggang gabi..

overall nag-enjoy naman ang daughter ko sa 5days and 4nights stay namin lalo na sa disneyland at sa ocean park...

If you plan to have at least an overnight stay in Disneyland Hotel or Disney Hollywood Hotel, they have this "stay and play for 2 days" promo (pero until June 31, 2010 na lang ata). With this, you may get 2-day park tickets at a cost of one day.   

Since we would be staying in the hotel for 3 night (4days), we've availed of this promo.  We'll be using the park tickets on our 2nd and 3rd day. 1st day kasi, kararating lang namin, sa 4th day naman, paalis naman.

San kayo kumuha ng tour package and how much ang nagastos nyo? Meron ba silang package na good for 4?

Hello mommies! help naman po,were going to hk- macau this coming thursday(april 15) and im traveling w/ 1yr old son. Ask ko lang po kung ano po yung ginamit nio na water pra sa milk.plan ko kc sana mgdala dra edwards bka sakaling payagan sa airport,nagbabakasali lang naman .pero kung hindi ok lang dn kaya ask ko dn sa inyo kung ano water buy nio sa hk for ur toddler.mdyo maselan kc sila pagdating sa water.thanks!

pwede naman icheck in yung water paglagpas na sa 100ml, i guess pagsa babies okay lang naman yung water na nasa bottle na nila eh. . . 

mommies that are going to DL HK pwede kayo magtrain na lang kayo from airport mastipid yun kesa magcab kayo. try niyo rin magcheck in sa mga inn  lang sobrang mastipid total tutulugan lang naman eh. me and hubby went to HK and macau last month we stayed at inn sa causeway bay, mas mura ng 6k pesos compare sa hotel. dagdag pangshopping na lang diba. okay naman eh condo unit siya na may 4-5 rooms ata, malinis naman.
