nahihirapan sa pagkain

Goodafternoon, Im 6 months pregnant now. pero nahihirapan pa din ako sa pagkain maxado choosy at always pa din ako nagsusuka.  kulang na lang di ako kumain kasi isusuka ko din sya. sana meron makapag bigay ng advise sa akin.

Hello Mommy Renalyn! I think part pa rin ng morning sickness yan na hindi lang sa umaga but throughout the day nararamdaman. If so, dahil po sa hormones yan. According to Smart Parenting:
"Aside from nausea, vomiting, and loss of appetite, other symptoms may include sensitivity to smell and light and loss of sense of well-being."

Usually morning sickess is at it's peak on the 1st trimester (according to the article) but you're 6 months na. Kung talagang hirap na po kayo, do ask your OB kung bakit prolonged yung sensitivity ninyo. Happy pregnancy po!
