try to talk to t. angel about our comments sis at baka naman maagapan pa nila ang mga negative comments sa kanila. request that they be strict sa teacher to student ratio na sinasabi nila. kasi para saan pang merong silang binabangit na ganun kung di naman natutupad.

Hello Mommies,

Any one have tried/heard about TSAA (talent school of academics and arts) in Chino Roces, Makati?  Their school looks nice but I just don't know the teaching. I hope to hear comments about it.

Thanks :)

My 2 y/o daughter is currently enrolled at TSAA under their PlayKlub class.  Alayna attended Gymboree classes when she was 1y/o, then we tried her 4 months ago with Teacher Jeannie's KinderMusik.  Each "school" offered different programs (so it's hard to say which one is better).

When I learned about TSAA, I immediately inquired about their curriculum & their system.  After doing some research on "progressive schools" & doing some background check on their teachers & staff (then learning that Audie Gemora, Ryan Cayabyab & Rissa Mananquil are closely affiliated with them), I scheduled a trial class for my daughter.  My wife was impressed on how they handled each student by themselves, even the difficult ones & only look for the child's companion "when all means have been exhausted" to address the concern.  After a few days, they asked us to visit them for a short parent-teacher conference to discuss my daughter's "milestones".  During the meeting, Teacher Aika & Teacher Dice thoroughly & completely addressed all our concerns from student to teacher ratio, to pacing of learning objectives, to field trip logistics, to class suspensions, & even to their "teaching" credentials & english proficiency.

Going into my daughter's second week in their school, I have no complaints.  Worth noting for me & my wife, they start & end their classes on time (not all play schools do so since most of them wait for all, or many, of the enrolees to arrive).

The only thing going against them, tuition fee!  Guess quality education nowadays come at a price.

My two cents worth.

Hi, newbie here. Ask ko lang po san nang any updated feedback regarding Little Smart Reader and Think & Try PreSchool. Ongoing kasi ang pagscout ko para sa mga preschools for my  daughter shes turning 3 yrs and 10 months this coming school year. Shes currently attending her playschool every Sat sa Musikgarten Manila. Sana within Makati area preferably within San Antonio Village since malapit lang kami sa area.  May sched trial class sya sa KIDS and KIDS Playlab Preschool. So thinking if my other options pa since napakataas ng tuition fee ng both preschools that ive inquired.   :)

KIDS and Kids Playlab are both progressive schools. Pareho ding maganda but KIDS has a play area. Mabilis ding maubusan ng slot sa KIDS. Their tuition range is almost the same. At KIDS, students do not bring books to school. Lahat ng materials nandun na. Also, they don't have FIlipino subject at KIDS. I'm not sure kung ganun din sa Kids Playlab. Nag summer class ang bunso ko dun so sandali lang niya na experience yung school. The people there are nice and friendly too.

Hello everyone!  I am new member here and would like to help those mommies who are still looking for schools for their children.

I am Teacher Kaye from Fun-D-Mentals.  We were the first daycare/preschool in Salcedo Village.  Our doors opened on May 1998 to children to children ages 1.6 (or those who can already walk) - 6yo.   We are located at the ground floor of Salcedo Mansion, Tordesillas street, Salcedo Village.  We are right beside the Malaysian Embassy and behind the Makati Sports Club.

Our philosophy is rooted on respect for each child’s individual liberty.  Our goal is to equip our students with the necessary skills to learn by themselves.  We aim to give the child a sense of confidence and autonomy so that they can proudly say, “I CAN DO IT!”

There is so much to say about how learning takes place in school.  I hope that you would take time to visit us.  Or you may check our facebook account for pictures of the activities.   Should you have any questions or interested, you may contact me directly at kcdguzman@yahoo.com, 09228074983, 2671782, or 8189764.  I will be more than happy to help you :D

Happy parenting to all of us mommies!

My son is currently enrolled in San Ildefonso Parochial Learning Center. It's not an Expensive School but I like it there because it's run by their Priest. They have a lot of activities for kids every month (Linggo ng Wika, Nutrition Month, etc) . Tuition fee is also affordable. And one thing I like about the school is they have seminars for parents as well. :)
