Both are good in preventing diaper rashes. all of my kids were drapolene users. Sa Bunso ko now who is 7 months old, I tried Desitin and siyempre di nawala yung Drapolene. Yung gamit ko Desitin Aloe, its sticky but it will last for up to 5 months  ;D ganun eto katipid. Sa Drapolene, madali siya iwipe sa baby pero sa akin it only lasts for a month. If  you are on tipid mode I suggest you go for Desitin. parehong tried and tested na ang dalawang products na eto sis. My eldest is already 17 kaganoon na katagal ang mga diaper rash cremes na eto.

Sana helpful etong feedback ko saiyo.  :) :) :)

desitin works for my daughters... when my youngest daughter had rashes before, we tried drapolene, pero hindi nawala... kaya stick to desitin na kami...  ;)

for my 2mo old baby and my eldest before I only use Drapolene for them, recomended by pedia. It is also non-streroidal, ang Desitin ba non-steroidal din? masyado kase akong natakot sa mga cream that contains Steroids as it will ruin the baby's kidneys kung lage-lage kang ng aapply ng mga cream na meron steroids. Kaya to be safe, Drapolene! And also, it works really great for my little one.

I haven't tried Desitin or Drapolene so I can't gauge which one is better. I am using Candebec. It's very effective. Its just a matter of time - overnight mawawala na yong rashes. Eto ginagamit ko sa baby ko which 5 months. Usually dame niya rashes sa leeg kase nga naiipit tas yon nilalagyan ko lang ng Candebec ok na oras lang bibilangin mo talaga. Effective din sya for diaper rashes at insect bites. Super konti lang ipapahid mo sa infected area.

You can buy this sa Mercury or Watsons. Around 240 - 245Php. Usually pag paunte unte lang lagay nyo it could last up to a month.  :)

tried and tested na ng kapatid ko pareho product. for me drapolene lang na try ko. Sa drapolene parang lumala yung rashes ng baby ko noon sa diaper area niya... then i used candibec and elica. Mas effective. :)
