Hi mga Mommies, sa saturday na ang 7th Birthday Celebration ng son ko sa Max's U.N Ave... 11:00 mag start yung program, 2 pm matatapos, I have 80 Adults & 30 Kids na Guest, yung meal na kinuha ko sa adults is PLATTER consisting of Pancit Canton, Chicken, Rice, & Caramel with Ice Tea... Nagwoworied lang ako baka kasi dahil 2 pa ang end ng party eh kulang sa kanila ang inorder ko, yun lang kasi talaga ang KAYA ng budget ko... Natatakot tuloy ako. What do you think SP MOMS?

Sis, ok naman ang choice of food mo. Pero kung nagwoworry ka kasi nga lunch time yung kinuha mo na slot, magpaextra rice kapa, minsan kasi 1cup of rice is not enough sa mga guests lalo na yung mga daddies... (OT, my son eats 4cups of rice everytime we dine out, he is 13 yrs.old).

@meandmysweets - maraming salamat po sa advice. siguro para di sila magutom ng Husto eh damihan ko na lang yung mga Pika Pika sa Candy Corner di ba... Hay I am super excited na! Cngilin kaya ako ng Max sa mga candies & chocolates na dadalhin ko? :-)

Sis walang charge ang sound system nila as long as you are using their function room they will provide the sound system.  nung una din akala ko I need to pay or rent for sound system, so I called them 3 days before the Red's bday pro wala naman pala charge and sila na magpoprovide.

sorry for late reply actually nagtanong ako dun sa manager eh. sabi indi daw pwede yung food cart. yung max's sa atc is sa left side facing atc. kung galing ka sa loob dun sa may cinema. meron dun arena/sports store may exit dun. pag dun ka lumabas makikita mo agad yung max's. hindi na ako kumuha ng host. bumili na lang ako ng additional prizes and give away. i was planning for a simple party and also konting guest lang sana pero sa bilang ko ng nagconfirm eh mukhang aabot ako ng 45 adults and 25kids. lapit na birthday ng baby ko. excited na ako. everyday na kaming kumakanta ng happy birthday song.

Hi sis! mommy_geli, hahaha kakatuwa ka naman singing bday song everyday.. ako din nung bago mag bday si red ganyan.. sabi nila pag sa venue ka nagpabday instead sa house di stressfull.. pro na stresss pa din ako kasi excited ako e di ako nga ako nakatulog mahimbing nung fri night kasi sat ang event.. hahaha!!

Meron po bang nag-avail ng in-house host ng Max's?  Kamusta naman?

Medyo tight budget kasi, kaya I was thinking if OK lang na di na kumuha ng host sa labas.  Sa Max's Sucat kasi, 2 hours lang ang free use of venue.  So we got the 11AM - 1PM slot para luncheon party.

For kiddie parties, ok naman ba ang host ng Max's?

sis ako hindi na ako kumuha ng host/entertainment sa labas. medyo way over budget na rin kasi ako. from abudget of 25k eh nasa 35k na ako to think na sa sunday pa lang birthday ng baby ko. 3rd birthday naman kasi eh. i opted to buy 4 clothes for my baby, one is nung morning/afternoon suot niya nung nagpunta kami sa in laws ko and brought food sa mismong araw ng birthday ng baby ko which was yesterday. then nung gabi for our dinner celebration naman sa family ko. mas gusto ko kasi mag-splurge sa food sa immediate family ko which is my in-laws (MIL and 2 sis-in-law) and sa family ko (my parents and my sister).
so here's my breakdown of expenses:

Hi mga sis, my son's 7th Birthday party at Max's Ermita Branch was so successful, halos lahat natuwa sa Party. Dahil hindi ko naman kinuha ang ammenities ng max, 8:00am pa lang nandon na kami ng mga kapatid ko, kami ang nag-ayus ng function room, pero I hired Ms. Kristine Pangilinan of Kiko's Balloon's to decorate the balloonderitas, I was so happy dahil 6:30am pa lang nandun na sila sa Max para ayusin ang mga Balloons. So nung dumating kami ng 8:00am patapos na sila. Nag-start ang PARTY ng 11:00am, eksaktong 10:30 may mga guest na kami.

The Venue:



medyo malawak ang function rooms sa Max's Ermita Branch.. Ok ang mga staff nila, napakabait kausap, medyo kulang lang sila sa mga Linens na iba ang color. Pati yung chairs & tables ng Kids eksaktong for 30 kids lang din... But it's ok maganda pa rin naman ang kinalabasan ng mga DETAILS ng party. :-)

Good thing sa function room na nakuha ko, is parang may MINI STAGE na... Cute.
