@ certified mom- i haven't met dr. virata but i know she's one of the best there.

@ mommy ineng- EAC is in salitran, sis. if you're coming from pala-pala, sa right side siya. i've met people who gave birth there and they have good feedbacks naman. new hospital so new equipments and rooms. the nurses are nice too. my bro kasi applied there and mababait daw nurses dun. regarding asia medic hospital near sm dasma, medyo negative feedbacks narinig ko. volunteer nurse friend ng bro ko dun and she said di okay eh.

Hi!

I'm on my 24th week already and planning to change my OB, I am supposed to give birth in San Juan de Dios because its near my husband's house in Manila, but we transferred in Cavite so I can be near my mom when I give birth, I also have to look for a near hospital.

I'm considering Our Lady of Pillar in Imus because I heard good things about that hospital, one of my college friends also gave birth there normal delivery - painless, stayed 3 days in a private room her bill reached around 50k, she didn't have Philhealth then.

I heard they also have good doctors, my brother-in-law was confined there because of motorcycle accident, his head hit a wall no helmet and he survived, because one of the best neurologist is the country is their resident. My brother who had dengue recently was diagnosed immediately when we brought him to the ER.

My mom interviewed some pregnant patients and nurses in Our Lady of Pillar when my brother was confined because of Dengue there.  One of the nurses said they are hearing OB Dra. Anonuevo is good, and is charging reasonably. One of the patients that my mom get to talk to, which was also handled by Dra. Anonuevo said that her total bill reached around 30k but only paid around 13k because of the Philhealth rebate.

I'm planning to visit her clinic this coming friday.

Hi,

Im a newbie. First pregancy kaya madami tanong...  ;D
Una po sana, could anyone recommend an OB from LaSalle Dasma? If perinatologist din sana, its a bonus, if not, oks lang,
humahanap kami iba options kasi LaSalle Dasma & Asian lang malapit sa min. Baka di namin kayanin sa Asian  :(

Please, please.. sana may mag-recommend.

Salamat

you can try dr. tongo, sis. head daw ng OB dept. yung kakilala namin na may gestational diabetes and illness which required her to take steroids sa kanya nagpunta. you can go to UMC's website and search for his sched/phone number.

hi mga sis, Im from cavite din. im 5 months pregnant right now..first OB ko is sa Metro South Medical Center..Hindi ako satisfied sa kanya so lumipat ako.. 2nd OB is in Molino Doctors Hospital, my oB is Dr Orlino..Mabait si Dra. 3x ako naka pagpacheck up sa kanya..I also asked kung magkano ang normal delivery, she told me around 40k daw and 80k kung CS..medyo mahal pala..tight kasi ang budget namin..so nagtry muna ako sa Madre de Dios maternity clinic along molino rd..yung Ob ko dun is Dra Acojido..affiliated siya ng Asian hosp, and other hosp na malapit sa Molino..medyo hesitant lang ako kung mag hosp ba talaga ako or dun na lang sa lying clinic..so far wala pa namang problem sa pregnancy ko..Then I heard meron daw sa Alabang Medical Center..hindi ko alam kung lilipat pa ako dun or dun na lang sa Madre de Dios since yun ang pinakamalapit samin.. I have a friend who gave birth na sa Madre de Dios and satisfied sila..

sis, OB ko si dr. orlino. mabait nga yun. anyway, as long as complete ang equipment sa hospital and okay yung OB mo, no problem naman i think. hindi naman yata high-risk pregnancy mo. you can ask your friend kung sino OB niya dun at baka puede yun na rin consult mo. may maternity package sa alabang medical center that some moms have availed of and they have given good feedbacks. consider mo na lang which is better for you in terms of service, safety and comfort. kung sa alabang medical center kasi dapat may sasakyan ka lalo na if in the middle of the night ka maglabor. alam mo naman sa cavite walang taxi. mahirap na pumunta sa alabang late at night.

hi
i worked as a nurse sa our lady of pillar so far ang nakita ko na super ok na OB ay si Dra. Legasto at Dra. Anonuevo but i gave birth sa molino doctors under dra. del rosario... by the way dra. orlino is my MIL!! and i worked also as her medical sec when i was preggy so i saw how she cares to her patients....
