ako mommy, nagstart na magbigay ng solids, pero until now jarred foods pa rin binibigay ko sakanya. pero next time, kapag naubos na tong jarred niya dito, magstart na ako with natural food. like mashed potato, squash, banana, avocado, etc. pwede ko din tong ihalo sa cerelac (got this idea from another mommie). tapos yung sabaw sabaw, ihalo sa rice for baby :)

hi mommy! we started 1st with (ofcourse) gerber, then syempre try lang..d kaya ng budget..kaya major boil veggies, like carrots, squash, pechay, etc. tas i-blend ko..at first ilang subo lang..pero after nun nagustuhan din..or ihalo ko sa cerelac..kung pure cerelac lang kc baka mag-sawa na si baby agad..after ilang months you could try out na yogurt.

you're welcome ;)

nung natry ko na yung mga veggies kay baby then wala naman siyang allergies, nilugaw na namin with 2-3 veggies and brown rice. bliblender lagay sa seperate container then freezer yung iba. good for 2 days na food na yun. 3's a day namin siya pinapakain.  :)

5 1/2 si mio nung sinabi ng pedia pwede na siya mag-solids. unang pinatikim ko cerelac then jarred foods from healthy options. tapos nung kaya na niyang kumain ng marami nilulutuan na namin ng lugaw with veggies.

recommended sis is 6monts. para ready na yung tummy (digestive system) ni baby to take in solid food. better ask you pedia if you want to feed baby na. mine advised na wag magmadali, milk pa ren ang main source of energy and nutrition ni baby kaya kung magbibigay ng solid onti lang talaga mga 3-4 tbsp lang. :)

sa akin naman pedia ko nagsabi na i can feed na baby ko ng cereals daw, pero konti lang daw, mga 1 tsp lang..then gradually increase na lang kung magustuhan niya na..saka very thin yung pagtimpla ko ng cereal niya, cerelac lang na wheat and milk start ko,its her 5th day pa lang na kumakain
