Hi mommies! I have a 3 month old baby girl and as a first time mom, breastfeeding was a little confusing for me.. I was purely breastfeeding Elle (my baby).. Unfortunately after a month or so, I developed mastitis, that was a serious case since I got operated due to the infection. Until I came back to work, I still got the cut and all from the operation. I was having headache too, maybe its all due to the depression I got from the pain of mastitis which lasted for a couple of weeks (mas masakit sa labor, i might say).  When I got reinstated sa work, my officemate told me to try USANA Essentials and so I ddid, I paired em with Biomega, after 3 days lang po, the cut was healing na talaga. I didnt take anything other than it until now, even my cases of headaches were gone. To all the moms, happy breastfeeding and take good care. I must add, USANA is so far, one of the best food supp I have ever taken!

What I did: Lifestyle modification. Diet, exercise, quit smoking, took pills to regulate menses and Glutathione, I swear. You can read in the internet. Tationil pa yun made in france huhuhu.  She also recommends it to her patients. She have PCOS also and got pregnant 3x.

First time ko lang kasi mag pa OB. Wala pa din akong baby. Hehe. 😋

Hello Tina! I merged your question with this topic para makapag back read ka about PCOS.

PCOS is a hormonal disorder kaya nakakaramdam ka ng mga signs napareho ng sa buntis. It's the same signs na nararamdaman ng nagme-menopause at mga bago pa lang nag te-take ng contraceptives at mga tumigil sa pag take. Disrupted kasi ang natural hormones kaya iyan ang effect. Ito rin ang dahilan kung bakit ka delayed, hindi normal ang hormones mo ngayon because of the PCOS.

Trust your doctor. They know better than things you read about on the internet. Kung duda ka sa doctor mo, get a 2nd opinion from another doctor. As an OB Gynecologist, alam niya kung pano tumingin kung positive o negative, sa dami ba naman ng pasyenteng na-check up na niya in different stages of pregnancy. By the way, TV is more accurate than PT.

Hi , newbie here. Share ko lang
Last 2nd week of October nakaramdam ako ng pagsusuka sa umaga, masakit ang balakang at legs ko nagcacramp. Nag ccrave dn ako pati nahihilo so akala ko buntis ako kaya nag PT ako. After nun, nagpa check up ako sabi ng doctor may PCOS daw ako.

@Phoebe
