1) Re sa SSS, gusto ko den sila ikuha, pro hindi ko alam kung ibabawas ko sa sweldo onde. Pro mas nirequest ni yaya na philhealth na lang daw, para magamit niya, sinabi naman namen na pwede ren siya mag-health loan sa SSS, siguro papaliwanagan ko na lang kapag nakapunta na kami sa office sa April.

all around means assistant ko sa pagalaga kay baby (since SAHM ako), taga-laba at plantsa damit baby, taga linis ng kwarto (namin mag asawa at ni baby) at cr namin (since we stay with my in laws and my 2 helpers naman sila)

mama cocoberry, sakin super all-around ang kasama ko, including luto pa and everything... i pay her 3,500 plus SSS and Philhealth... pero by sept, when i give birth again, i plan to increase her to 5,000 na...

i give her all her personal hygiene needs din, plus a paid vacation, lalo na kapag new year (she prefers it over christmas)...

My 18 year old yaya gets 2500 from me and additional 500 from my mom. Bihira sya mag-day off usually pag may occasions lang sa kanila so when she does go on her off, I give her extra allowance na mga 200-300. Sobrang baet na bata kase nito and maalaga sya with my daughter, malinis, and maingat. On her birthday this May, my husband and I are going to buy her a cellphone. May phone naman sya ngayon pero lumang-luma na and nug bago sya samin, nakwento niya with our other helper na magssave daw sya ng money to buy a new one. I decided to buy this as a gift for her kase from the start talagang ok na sya and never naging issue sa kanya yung ma-cellphone. In fact, I didnt even know na may cellphone sya until her 2nd month yata yon kase kahit idle time niya sa house, hinde ko nakikita na hawak niya.

thank you mommy steffani and twelvth_goddess...at least now i have an idea. nag aargue kasi kami ng mom ko and my hubby (based sa pagpapasahod ng mom niya) sa sahod ng yaya e. so 2500 is not bad now adays? tama ba? since magaan lang naman work niya dahil SAHM ako at mainly ako pa rin nag aalaga sa anak ko. plus free din naman toiletries niya and may load allowance din naman siya.

paano naman ang coniditons niyo mga mommies kapag nag o-off si yaya? pwede ba overnight?what time or when ang balik niya? gaano kadalas siya pwede mag off in a month?

Cocoberry, I just make sure na ang focus lang talaga ni yaya sa house namin is my daughter. Minsan pinapag-linis ko sya ng room namin pero simple sweeping and mopping lang.

Regarding day off, yung yaya ko kase sobrang bihira mag-off. Magmula nung nag-stay sya samin, twice pa lang sya nag-off na dun sya talaga nag-sleep sa kanila. Basta ang rule ko lang is dapat weekend yon para my husband and I are both at home to take care of my daughter.

Yung frequency ng off niya, nung una talaga sinabe ko sa kanya every other week pwede sya mag-off kaso ayaw naman niya kase magastos at wala naman daw sya pupuntahan. Masaya na kase sya na kasmaa namin sya pag  lumalabas pag weekend since pasyal na din yon for her. Plus, she gets to try the restos that we dine in at din. Pag gusto niya mag-off super advance yan magpaalam talaga and I really appreciate that.

almost 1 year na yung yaya namin. her salary 2,800. pero ako ng sagot sa toiletries niya pati load. kapag day off niya i give her extra money. wala na rin naman syang bibilhin kasi kung may gusto sya kainin sasabihin niya lang s akin pra sa pamamalengke ko mabibili ko ba. mabait sya at love niya baby ko. kaya pati BF niya kapag nag out of town kami eh kasama sa pasalubong. sagot namin ang ticket niya pauwi ng iloilo. basta maaga pa kami nagpapa book pra mura lang. may extra money pa pra sa terminal fee and food. sa bakasyon niya na 1 week may sweldo prin sya. kaya lang wala syang SSS.

ako ang pasahod ko sa maid ko which is also my pamangkin sa pinsan is 3,000. SAHM din ako at magaan lang trabaho sa bahay namin. since one month pa lang sya, wala pako plano increasan sya. so far ok naman sya at malinis. ako naman nag aasikaso sa mga anak ko kaya di sya gano hirap. sya may sagot ng toiletries niya.

hi all. i know there's a bill re:yaya/household help. it details ano salary nila (magkaiba range in manila than sa province) and the benefits. 3500 ata here sa manila, 2500 sa provinces if i remember it right

for sss, part of it should be shouldered by the employer( that's us) and part from their salary. it works the same way when we get paid sa corporate world. so if salary niya 3k, meron corresponding amount ba babawas dyan for her contribution. more details at the sss website

2,800 sweldo ni yaya.. pag aalaga lang kay baby yung gawain niya..  kasama na foods and toiletries.. medyo abusado nga lang kasi hindi siya naglalaba ng sarili niyang damit hinahalo niya sa mga labahin namin imagine ipinapalaba pa sa isang maid namen pati panty kasama.. mabait kasi yun isang maid pinagbibigyan niya lang..

I give our yaya 3.5k every month plus SSS (but my MIL pays for it).  For now all around naman kasi siya, siya ang tagalinis, laba, and alaga kay baby.  Now I just gave birth again, I am thinking kung magbibigay ba ako ng raise or bawasan na lang work load niya.  Di kasi namin afford mag-asawa na kumuha pa ng isang yaya.

4k sweldo ni yayay although she started at 3.5k when she was a proby. may idad na rin sya so she is able to make decisions on her own at di mahiyain. so medyo isip ko ok rin yun kasi pag wala ako at least she has the initiative to do what she thinks is right kaysa antayin lang ako magsabi ng gagawin niya.

i asked her to give me her SSS number several times but she hasnt given it to me. I think she still needs to get it changed from self-employed to employed. I forgot what she told me.

Since she is 1 year na sakin this month, I plan to start buying her toiletries.

Hi Mommies,

Pano kung naaksidente naman si yaya sa bahay.
It happened sa min.

2 yaya sila sa house, taking care of all errands esp my 2 children.
Nabagsakan ng tubo sa ulo si yaya 1 habang inaayos nila ni yaya 2 yung sampayan.
It is accident, I know.

Now the quesiton is: who will shoulder the medication like CT scan, skul x-ray and medicines?

I asked an attorney and he told na walang law even sa labor code na nagsasabing i-shoulder ko lahat ng expenses.  It is my conscience daw kung magkano or hanggang san ko kayang tumulong.

I'm certain, kasi sabi ni atty pwede daw salary deduction ko yung half ng cost sa kanila (6K ang pinaluwalan ko via credit card for now.)  Pero knowing them, di naman sobra sobra pera nila, same with me.
