our yaya's starting salary is 2.5k, alaga at linis ng house sa umaga pag tulog pa c baby..then the other one who does laundry & iron every wk eh nag-stay in na sa amin kaya sya na din in-charge sa kitchen, 2.5k din sya, so far satisfied kami sa work nla. ako sterilize bottles ni baby..

We recently got 2 from an agency. both gets P4K + toiletries + vitamins. Yung isa, kay baby lang, then she cleans baby's room and cleans his bottles too. the other one, all-around. so far ok naman, kasi ok ang relationship nila dalawa. yaya is 33, all-around helper is 46. pag tinatamad tamad si yaya buhatin si baby (kasi napapagod din  , lagot siya kay manang! pag si manang naman di agad nagplantsa ng lampin ni baby, lagot naman siya kay yaya!

Wow, saan kayo nkahanap ng yaya na all around with 3k ++ as salary? I pay my yaya 7k a month and philhealth. No day offs though, pero when she wants to go out I let her naman. Yaya lang talaga ang work niya kasi we have a maid to do the house chores. But she's super nice and I can see that she loves my son (who is 1mo now) and I can wake her up in the middle of the night to change diapers. hehe

Wow, saan kayo nkahanap ng yaya na all around with 3k ++ as salary? I pay my yaya 7k a month and philhealth. No day offs though, pero when she wants to go out I let her naman. Yaya lang talaga ang work niya kasi we have a maid to do the house chores. But she's super nice and I can see that she loves my son (who is 1mo now) and I can wake her up in the middle of the night to change diapers. hehe

yung dating all around maid namen 2K, now yaya na ni gabryel at linis na lang ng house 2.5K..ok naman sya mag-alaga ng baby, sya na katabi namin sa bed ni baby, si hubby sa kabilang room na. hehe..tapos yung taga bantay naman namin ng internet shop ang cook ngayon hehe, 2K salary niya..yung plancha and laba may pumupunta sa house every week.

My yaya just started last month lang so usually starting salary namin is 2,5K + Toiletries, Food etc., then siguro after a year we can give her increase and SSS na rin.  If she's not going to use her day off +100.  As in pure YAYA lang sya we have Manang naman to do all the household chores like laba, plantsa, wash dishes.. pag dayoff lang ni manang niya ginagawa yung mga household chores na un.  Kaya i guess enough na yung 2,5K.  Well, hopefully yung yaya ko tumagal naman ngaun.  yung mga past YAYA's ko till 1 month lang, ewan ko ba kung bakit hirap talaga kumuha ng Yaya, yung iba kasi maarte.

yung babysitter ng baby ko 1500 a month.. as in purely tagabantay lang sya pag may officework kami.. neighbor lang namin kaya no prob ako sa pagkain.. swerte ko kasi love niya anak ako and vice versa.. yung laundry we do it outside.. 3 lang naman kami sa house eh... tsaka maliit lang house namin kaya no need for maid... i work 8 to 5, no ot.. yung hubby ko 7 to 4 so salitan na lang kami sa paglinis at pag cook morning and evening... ehehhee... tipid...

Hello mommies, I'm new here. It's nice to know that we have a website that moms like us can share. Anyway our yaya's salary started at 2500. She buys her own toiletries, pero madalas kpg nag-grogrocery ako binibili k nrin siya. Pang all around si yaya kc halos sya na lahat ng gumagawa. Pagka gising m ok n lahat, although si hubby ang cook sa bahay (di kc ako masyado mahilig magluto). Hindi na kc alagain ang anak ko, he is 5 years old na. Mabait c yaya kc she help me discipline my son. Kalungkot lang kc kailangan niya umwi sa mindoro di ko sure kung makakabalik pa siya.

2 weeks palang yung yaya ng baby ko , salary niya is 2,500K + Toiletries + Food. naglilinis din sya ng room namin, pag hawak ng mom ko ang baby ko. kasama kasi namin matulog ni hubby si baby eh, pag umaga lang bantay ng yaya. Gusto ko kasi evrytime na magigising si baby mukha namin ng daddy niya makikita niya at syempre supervision ko din pag gabi, di baleng mapuyat ako basta lang safe ang tulog ng baby ko at katabi namin sya.

very expensive n pla yaya now pero ok un they have SSS and philhealth so that if they happen to get sick or any unavoidable circumstances happen (hopefully not) it will be a big help.  I don't have a yaya, I quit my job so I can personally attend to my son, my hubby is an OFW.  My parents live nearby so they provide my daily food ration;D I only have a lady cleaner who comes in weekly and lavandera 2x a week naman.  I myself bathe my baby, sterilize his bottles, sometimes wash ko clothes niya kc naaliw ako wash little things ang cute kc. At syempre mdami kami bonding moments:)

hi mga mommies, ask ko naman do you have any idea how much would be a good salary, just to baby sit my baby for just wed - fri 6-11pm and sat and sun 6am - 8pm yun lang kasi ang pasok ko sa school, so nothing to do, alagaan lang talaga si baby everything is ready the milk, water ang gagawim lang niya is to chek on my baby, take a bath, changing diaper, give a meal. as in bantayan lang siya..pwede uwian..do you know someone napwede ganun pero uwian?thanks

3.5K a month plus 13th month pay and bonuses.
Includes toilettries, uniforms and pambahay clothes, 3 full meals and 2 snacks. vacation leave with pay of 2 weeks/year.
All around yaya yun! 

Our yaya has been with me since 2004. And she's the best!

oo nga e. the first yaya was 9k. She started working  2 weeks before i gave birth pero i fired her a fews days before i gave birth. d niya kasundo maid namin na matagal na rin.

No, hindi agency, referral lang. Tinanung ko kc kung mgkanu salary gusto niya ayun binigay ko naman. Di ko kasi alam ang going rate e until i read your posts at di ako marunong tumawad. Factor din siguro na we were in a hurry to look for a yaya dahil lalabas na si baby.

So far I am happy with her job so i guess sulit din. Ganun din naman salary ng maid ko kaya immune n ako kumbaga sa presyo.eeekkk.

i have 2 yaya/s. yung isa 5,000 and yung isa naman 4,500 all around sila pareho. Plus kasama sila kahit saan kami magpunta, kahit out of the country pa. sagot namin pamasahe nila..

hi, my yaya works lang for me pag nasa office ako, i give her a salary of 1500 a month... everyday naman, i leave 100-50pesos for her snacks.. for me, enough na yung 1500.. as in purely yaya lang sya from mon-fri lang naman eh... nag-ask din ako sa iba how much yung salary ng yaya, pag stay in daw 2k to 2500, tapos all around pa yung iba.. kaya nga shock ako when i read yung ibang posts ng mommies dito, they gave more than 3k sa yaya.. hindi ko naman tinitipid yung yaya ko, but i think reasonable na un since nga hindi naman sya all-around and almost 8 hrs. lang din sya nagbabantay kay baby...
