6 months pa lang sha sa akinsis, i think giving her an increase on her 6th month is not a good idea...kahit may experience na siya di mo parin tested ang loyalty niya...for me kasi, ang kinoconsider ko work quality, loyalty and very important din siyempre ang attiutude. Sweldo ng yaya ko 3k if ever na increasan ko siya after a year na, or bigyan ng incentives or dagdag perks nalang..Pwedeng gamit niya or load. Negotiate with your yaya sis. Mahirap baka lumalaki pa ulo niyan....Think about it.
Kami din we give her P3,500.00. I'm a SAHM, so normally ako din talaga nakatutok sa baby ko, siya more on linis linis lang and ironing of clothes, kasi I cook and nagpapalaundry kami.. But by Monday may bago ako additional yaya.
ask ko lang where in the labor code it requires payment of 13th month sa househelp?nag-research kasi ako and based on what i've read, nasa exception ang employers ng househelp when it comes to 13th month pay.here's a copy of that section on 13th month:http://www.chanrobles.com/presidentialdecreeno851rules.htm"Sec. 3. Employers covered. - The Decree shall apply to all employers except to: (d) Employers of household helpers and persons in the personal service of another in relation to such workers; "help please...just wanted to clarify.
