What is the reasonable range ba for yaya's salary. wala kasi akong idea...Naka-relate ka ba? Mag post ng katanungan o payo dito

i give my yaya a basic salary of 3k then everytime we go out sa mall I give her extra cash to get something for her self or minsan I give her extra money everytime she takes her off. May times naman if i went shopping i get her something. hirap kc taasan every year syempre mag eexpect sya na every year na lang ay may raise sya.

I give 4.1k plus 300 if di sila nag day-off.  Plus SSS and toiletries and tuition and transpo allowance for school (both taking vocational course)

our yaya started last Feb..her starting was 2500 plus SSS but half of it is ours the other half is hers. libre food, we let her use also our laundry detergent when she washes her clothes. on her 3rd month since she's very reliable & responsible we added 300 worth of load on her and added 200 on her salary so in effect 3k na sya.  Nung ika-6th month niya we paid na full for her SSS...

So basically we do it gradually.  If we get a bonus we give her also..but I don't give extra pag nag day-off sya or something...not yet..

grabe.. nalula ako sa dami ng perks ng yaya nyo. pwede mag apply? haha! just kidding! my manang-yaya's salary is 2,600. i give her 2 days of day off (sat & sun). sa nanay ko naman sya nag wwork pag weekend. she's all around. and hindi sakit sa ulo kasi hindi nagccellfone. madaldal lang kung minsan.

basic salary ng yaya ko is 3K, plus SSS. I also give her cellphone load of around 500 every month, and she's allowed to use our PLDT NDD if she needs to (di ko na binabawas sa sweldo niya). Last month, nag loan sya sa SSS so may additional pa akong babayaran na 425 every month (starting October) for this.

Yung mga extras, like shoes and clothes, I buy her every 2-3 months siguro. Food and toiletries niya ako na din lahat bumibili.

Justin's yaya kasi was also my yaya (from the time I was born) and she's stayed with us ever since, kaya I treat her like family talaga.  In return, she's been very loyal to our family and ang pinaka-importante, love niya ang Justin ko and takes care of him well.

before yun yaya ng son ko i gave her 2000 uwian naman kasi siya she starts at around 7-8am and as early as 3-4pm she can go home na kasi yun ang time i get home, her restday are sundays and mondays that's also my restdays from work.  i make sure na hands on sa son ko pa din ako even i work.  if i'm around i'm the one whose taking care of my son even when the yaya is around, si yaya naglalaba ng clothes ng son ko when i'm around kaya wala din siya gaano ginagawa yun yaya...i'm not the type na astang parang wala na paki sa anak kapag may yaya, there is someone i know i dislike what she does kasi ng visit kami sa house nila ewan ko ba parang nagyayabang at nagpapakasosyal eh ni hindi naman hinahawakan ang anak niya lahat puro yaya nung umiyak yun anak niya binigay niya sa yaya sabi bakit daw umiiyak yun anak niya, tama ba yun ask mo sa yaya eh anak mo yun, hindi niya mapatahan yun anak niya, that is so sad and i feel sorry for her coz i don' want it to happen to me
anyway i gave yaya some compliments like pinapauwian ko siya ng ulam para sa family niya
she's very efficient and i like her it's sad that she cannot move in with us here in manila coz her family is in cainta, sana pag nagyaya uli kami siya pa rin kasi miss ko na siya

ang tataas naman ng salary ng yayas niyo mga mommies..bigla tuloy akong napaisip kung underpaid ba ang kasama namin sa bahay...pero para sa akin kasi reasonable lang ang bigay ko sa kanya...

Yung househelper namin, 2500 ang monthly..siya ang naglalaba,namamalantsa, naglilinis ng bahay..minsan tumutulong din siya sa pagluluto..nagbabakasyon kasi sa bahay namin ang mom ko so ang mom ko ang nagluluto at namamalengke..bago pa lang kasi siya.she just started nung monday so wala pa cyang masyadong hehe....pero pag maganda ang evaluation ng mommy ko sa kanya, siguro, bigyan ko siya ng 100 everytime na aalis siya like day off para naman may extra cyang pera...

Yung nagaalaga kay leeane, for now, yung kapatid, coz she's on vacation..i mean, ayaw pa maghanap ng work, so rest rest muna siya..andun sya sa bahay ngayon..i give her 2000 every month...pero sabi niya, next year she'll start looking for a job na daw...

we call our yaya "ats" kasi nga she's not tending to the kids, purely house help namin sya. anyways, her salary is 3,500/mo + vits. , toiletries and 2 overnight day -offs in a month. wala sya SSS though i want her to have one. pero kasi when i brought up the topic to her it seems that she's not interested....

1. buong 3k nare-receive ni yaya tapos on top of that pa yung binabayaran ko sa SSS every month. 

2. yup, i still give load kahit na madalang niya gamitin yun cellphone niya to call me or hubby. our yaya uses it mostly to text and call her family in the province.

yeah, i deduct it before from her salary but since ako na nagbabayad in full ng SSS niya she receives na the 3k in full.  before though inaabonohan ko yung idededuct namin sa kanya for the next month kasi the PNB requires quarterly payment so advanced na yung for the next two more months.  her day off is 2x a month. nung may kasama pa sya she goes home saturday afternoon den balik early monday morning na. now she goes home early sunday morning den balik early monday morning.  that's one of her perks also. we let her naman since hubby is here to help me with the kids every weekend & she's the only one who tends to her father.  pag may family affair ang company ni hubby sinasama namin sya. 

she also cooks for us pag i'm not able to kasi i tend to my gurls talaga. she does our laundry & cleans the house & everything.   but now someone asked me for a part time so may naglilinis na for us but the yaya still helps plus napagkakatiwalaan namin sya sa money matters. she's new yet we saw her concern for our family & kids esp nung nahohospital ako kahit di na sya umuwi basta maalagaan niya kami.

2.  with the load yes, it's monthly given to her, every end of the month.

sa amin naman 2500 sweldo niya.  aside sa pag-alaga sa baby ko, siya na rin ang taga linis, plantsa and laba.  Liit lang naman kasi yung condo namin and everyday kasama sila ng husband ko papunta sa in-laws kasi dun din office niya so marami siyang kasama dun na taga alaga.  my husband and i are also planning to increase her salary to 3k this december and we'll get SSS and philhealth na rin kasi ganun din ang benefits ng mga helpers ng in-laws ko.  and since she's from bacolod, hindi siya masyado nakakagala dito so sinasama rin siya namin every weekend pag nag mall kami and twice a year umuuwi kami ng bacolod, kasama rin siya libre plane ticket and bakasyon rin siya sa family niya.
