Hi! Im a newbie here. Just want to ask if you have feedbacks for Dra.Teresita Cardenas of Delgado?  She's my OB & I'm planning to give birth there thru NSD. Thanks much

hi sis, si doc cardenas din ob ko, i'm on my 2nd baby na due next month. four years ago sa eldest ko around 35-40k lahatna yun, pf pati room and delivery. i asked her again this time sabi niya sa normal is 50k.  so far happy naman ako ky doc kasi magaling, mabait and maalaga, she really answers my texts kahit mga 12 midnight na, medyo sensitive kasi ako ngayon.

^Mommy V you might want to try Dra. Flor Nucum.

Nucum last Saturday.... I was a bit surprised kasi Php400 ang na charge sa akin na check up fee =(. However, I am happy with how she attends to you and she was very clear with her instructions. Unfortunately Placenta Previa ako and my next check up is a few weeks away to determine if tumaas na placenta ko. She is very nice and she did say na away niya ako mapagod sa biyahe kaya wag ko daw siya ma miss =) Text ko lang daw siya if I have any concerns or urgent questions. I was told to choose between Salve and VT, sa budget daw mas ok sa VT kasi costly ang CS sa Salve. Still deciding kasi may trust and comfort na ako sa Salve. Pero if maganda naman facilities and care sa VT, tapos cheaper, why not? =)

HI MOMS! Im new in this forum =)  ... Im 37 yo, high risk nako and have a big fibroid inside my uterus (katabi ng baby ko, in short)...3 doctors na nagsabi baka ma CS ako - pero pwede padin i-try NSD... May NICU ba sila dun? ;)

Hi MomG - I just gave birth at VT nung monday and I have nothing but good things to say about VT hospital. Yes true, the hospital is very new and very chic, that's how I would describe it. Their staffs are all competent.  And by the looks of the hospital and their facilities all was new and updated. Updated talaga.. LoL.. But yea, because I gave birth from an old and established hospital with my first pregnancy and with the experience, I had superb with VT Maternity Hospital.
Mas high tech and updated sila, since bago nga kaya puro mga bago din gamit. Lahit yung tv flatscreen na at my balot pa, ganun siya ka-bago :p

And because usisera ako, matagal na daw yung VT as per the resident nurse, parang clinic/lying in. Nitong march lang ginawang hospital.
Wala akong philhealth and all in ng binayaran ko is 51400.

Pero if you're still worried, you can always ask them naman. I'm sure they won't risk taking you in if they can't handle your situat

Hi BABYBLAIR--- :) THANK YOU FOR SHARING!
NSD kaba or CS? Sino pala OB mo? Pero ganun paman, aside sa facilities and cleanliness, it's not as costly as other hospitals. Sa totoo lang, ngayon lang nagse set-in yung kaba ko kasi 35 weeks nako, malapit lapit nadin ang due ko... first time/baby kasi - halong saya at kaba!
Yes, we'll visit again tom VTMH and ask the OB details about high risk cases.
Thanks sa time and infos na nabigay mo and congratulations sa yong 2nd baby!!  :)

Hello!

This is my first baby, and I'm kinda worried about the rate that my OB gave me. She quoted 68k for normal and 80-88k for CS. My OB is from Capitol Medical Center, isn't that too expensive? If you know any OB that can give low rates sana, I need your help. La pa ako idea when it comes to this kind of stuffs. Any suggestions would be great :) BTW, I'm from QC,  :)

Thanks in advance.
