oo nga sis... i think wala yan sa age.it depends on how your kid will react to it.. like my son at the age of 1.5 yrs old.. he's starting to watch movie in big screen (cinema).. so far hindi siya malikot o maingay. he's very attentive watching the movie.

The best po is to watch a kiddie movie with your toddler on a weekend. You will find na maraming bata din ang malikot sa sinehan ang you won't feel you're disturbing other people because they have a fidgety toddler too.

The first time was kung fu panda2. Tapos yung 2nd green lantern. Both movies 2nd to the last timeslot.

We always time it na ganun para nakakatulog si baby and hindi malikot.

Magastos talaga kasi you pay in full talaga kahit bata yung manonood.

Siguro kapag may magandang cartoons ulit.

OT:
puwede ba ang toddler manuod ng T3.

Transformers : Dark of the Moon" is rated PG 13 because of 'intense prolonged sequences of sci-fi action violence , mayhem and destruction , and for language , some sexuality and innuendo' .

for us yeah entertaining but for kids I dont think its for them.

I haven't tried bringing my two-year-old to the movie house just yet.  Ino-observe ko pa kasi how long she can sit still while watching a movie on DVD, and so far, hanggang 10-15 minutes lang sya, and she does other things na, tapos babalikan ulit yung movie, tapos 10 minutes ulit. Hehe. Depende din sa movie. Although iba din sya pag Dora or other favorite Nick Jr. cartoons ang pinapanood, mas matagal syang nag-sit still. As in walang tayuan hanggang matapos ang episode (except pag may 'dance numbers', kasi tatayo talaga sya to dance.  ;D).

I don't think she's ready yet to watch cartoons/movies sa big screen (unless magkaron ng Dora movie ngayon, perhaps then. :D)... we'll see when she's more than two na or three years old na.

Ang technique ko nga pala to make sure that my toddler will watch and enjoy the movie, is to orient him with the characters before we watch. Cars2 for example, read to him bedtime books of those characters. Let him watch the trailer or video of the part 1. Get him a toy para prepped na siya for the movie.
As for the smurfs, I'll search you tube and let him watch those and trailers.

wi agree with other moms na wala sa age yun, nasa personality nila. kasi tulad ni nj na wala pang q when i brought him to the movies, antukin kasi to pag bored, so pag bored siya sleep siya hehe pero as far as enjoy as in yung matutuwa sila i think mga 3yrs old and cartoons yung movie pwede na. pero yung sama lang for the sake of the parents (wala mapagiwanan, biglaan etc) depends sa personality ni baby :)
