24 months post CS na ako, and hindi ko na talaga napigilan, 1 month before nag 2nd birthday anak ko nag take na ako ng diet pills, effective naman siya, 6lbs nawala sa akin.

anong pills gamit mo sis? ako din going to 24 months na pero malaki pa rin talaga ang tiyan ko mukhang buntis ulit ako. tamad din ako mag exercise kasi. nakakainggit yung mga sexy. huhu.

Count me in sa hirap magloose ng weight. Nahihilo kasi ako sa diet pills. Pero try ko ulit this week umpisahan. Need ng diet kasi may palawan kami, pagudpod at boracay this year kamusta naman ang mga fats.... Nakakaloka... Pano ang swimsuit... Nanay na nanay dating ko....

San ba may dance class malapit sa MOA or makati?

Hi mommies,

I had two CS operations, it's been five months since my 2nd CS. kelan ba pwede na mag exercise? I want to do some aerobics tsaka cycling sana, is it also okay na magswimming sa dagat na? babad ng konti sa dagat ganun?

salamat sa advise! I just want to tone yung stomach  ko.hehe

Marami talaga sa atin na hirap din magloose ng weight. Almost 5years na since nanganak ako at eto mataba pa rin. Lalo na nung nagstart ako maging SAHM... Pero sana lang madisiplina ko sarili ko para rin masundan na anak namin. :)

I weighed 127lbs on the day that I was having my CS operation for my third baby. After a week, I lost 10lbs. I wasn't able to fully breastfeed my baby (because of breastmilk jaundice) so I immediately started cutting off on my meals. Half rice lang every meal and nesvita once a day. Now I'm at 112lbs after one month of giving birth. :)

TIP: Only go on diet if you are not breastfeeding. Your breastmilk supply will be affected if you suddenly starve yourself. Breastfeeding c an actually help you burn calories.
If you feel you are still hungry, drink lots of water. I actually substitute lots of water and skyflakes to my "other half rice."

Hello mga mommies :)

Ako CS din, medyo chubby na ako before pa magbuntis, pero di ko alam kung anung meron pero after ko manganak pumayat talaga ako, as in nawala yong malaki kong tyan. as of now medyo chubby pa din naman ako pero di na katulad dati na malaki yung tummy ko :) Mukhang naging way pa nga ng pagpayat ko ang panganganak :) kahit mga friends at officemate ko yon din ang sinabe. siguro malaking factor na don is yong pag papabreastfeed ko. Nakakapayat daw kasi yon, until now kasi kahit 1year and 1 month na baby ko still mixed with breastfeeding pag gabi.

Hi mga mommies.. I gave birth last October 2012 via CS, super ang nilaki ko as in umabot na ata ako ng 200lbs ngayon. sino po pala dito ang mga na cs na at nagtry magexercise?kelan ba pwede magstart ng exercise. i have'nt try to ask my OB kasi wala na akong check-up sa kanya, pero meron ako natanungan doktor (family medicine) sabi niya pwede na daw ako magexercise like mag zumba or aerobics..do you think ok na ba talaga?TIA

Ok naman na mag exercise basta wag muna mga crunches o exercises na focused sa tyan kasi Baka kahit healed na sa labas sa lobo di ba. Just phase yourself, ikaw nakakaalam Kung ano na ang kaya ng katawan mo. Just remember it took you 9 months to gain that weight so wag madaliin ang pagpayat.

after 4 months binigyan na ako ng go signal ni ob to exercise. bale i started with aerobics and badminton. sabi niya pwede na mag-crunches but di ko muna ginawa. i started doing crunches nung nag-one year old na ang son ko. so far so good. basta start slowly with light exercise and don't forget to listen to your body. if painful pa siya, stop ka muna.

Hi fellow moms! Share ko lang experience ko with my fitness pal and calorie counter application. I have only one child. My prepregnancy weight was 100lbs. Nung 8 months ako nagbubuntis biglang laki c baby sa tiyan ko kaya ang weight ko before manganak nung 9 months na c baby was 138 lbs. After a few days ko manganak naging 120 lbs na lang pero hnd ako contented kasi gusto ko ibalik yung dati kong weight. Nagtry ako magdiet and exercise. Ang pinakamababa ko nalang tinimbang before was 117lbs. Pero one year before nitry ko yung calorie counter and my fitness pal application. In one week naglolose ako ng 1-2lbs. Hanggang sa umabot nalang ako ng 110lbs. Kaso nagstop ako after 3 months kasi naging busy ako magalaga at magasikaso sa house dahil nawalan ako ng helper sa house. So hnd ko na natuloy. Kaya unti unti bumalik sa 120lbs yung weight ko. Just 2 weeks ago, nagdecide talaga ako na magpapayat na ulit at gamitin ulit yung calorie counter. 2 apps ang gamit ko just to compare kasi. Though as of now hnd pa ako nakakapagtimbang ulit, feeling ko gumaan ako. Ang maganda sa 2 calorie counter na yun is nakakain ko pa din yung mga food na gusto ko pero in moderation. Malalaman mo din kung ilang calories ka lang per day to achieve your ideal weight. Since ako gusto ko bumalik sa 100lbs, kailangan 1200 calories lang ako per day. Makikita mo naman din dun kung sumosobra ka na s a fats, cholesterol, sodium, etc. plus malolog mo din daily activities at exercise mo. Ang maganda dun makikita mo din na pag maa gumalaw ka like gumawa ng activities sa bahay or magexercise, mas magkakaallowance yung kakainin mo. Para sa akin eto na yung pinakaeffectie way na maglose weight paa sa body ko.

hi there co mommies! same issues with me, actually ngayon ko lang sya naging prob, dis last few months lang, before kasi nung d pa ako buntis, bf/gf days pa, i weigh 50kgs, then  got married and had my first baby, d naman ako nag gain ng wieght kahit nung preggy ako, it was just my tummy lang talaga since preggy nga, but everything is okay, walang tumba o lumaki sa akin, pero very healthy si baby, then nag 1-2 years old n sya, same p din, d naman ako lumalaki, ngayon lang na my aj is 2.7 months na, grabe! i am now 60kgs! i tried diet pills, gym, still no changes, nkkainis lang pag nkikita ko old pics ko, feeling ko i am more pretty nung pregnant pa, or nung bf/gf days kesa ngayun. nkaka stress, specially pag nkikita ko tummy ko, boobs ko na lumaki din talaga which is super ayaw ko, then my arm! Dyosko! can't wear sleeveless na, lage nalang ako cardigans or any clothes that can hide my fats. Bumbaba na self esteem ko because of my wieght. Share mommies how to loose weight. hay. :( :-[ :'(
