Re: Experience with a food product of a fastfood resto gone bad

@ sis errych: I can't imagine how I would feel if I was in your place sis. They treated you like that talaga? And to think na ikaw ang may complaint sa lumpiang shanghai nila, sila pa ang nagalit? Ibang klase. Sablay na sablay pa yung sagot na 'hindi na nila na-checheck isa-isa', kasi it only means na hindi tayo assured sa quality ng food nila.

If I was in your place, baka may nagawa akong hindi maganda... I don't think it's enough reason na maging non-responsive ang Jollibee kahit franchise pa yung branch na kinainan mo, kasi pangalan pa din ng Jollibee ang puwedeng masira with that kind of customer service.... I wonder, in this cases kaya san maganda i-channel ang complaints?

Naintriga ko if they taste the same, or kahit close to it man lang. Ma-try nga.... and then share ko din what happens...

Same topic merged

I woudn't recommend Oody's Greenbelt for family with kids. Don't get me wrong. I loooove Thai cuisine and I love their food. It's just that their resto is not kid friendly (the table design can cause accident) and so is their menu. They serve spaghetti but not the kind kids like. I still recommend Oody's but as a grown-up resto

table is not kid friendly.

I didn't take the complain to the manager anymore. Sino ba naman ako para sabihin na palitan lahat ng tables nila just so I can go back with my kids?

pancake-boracay

There's a fly in my soup! Can I get a new bowl for free?

I recently learned not to feel guilty to walk out pag nasa loob ka na ng resto and you don't like their menu. Also, If it's a fastfood, to cancel an order if it's taking too long. Hindi ko naman kailangan mag complain or make a scene. I just have more important things to do and more resto to choose from.
