Tanong ko lang ilang witness ang nasa loob ng room habang nagcoconduct yung judge or mayor?? puwede bang hindi kasama ang parents sa loob ng room hehe?

^ yep. actually, civil or church wedding will require the license first. kung saan gagawin ang ceremony, be it in front of a judge or mayor or priest (etc.), saka lang magkakaron ng marriage certificate. sa church may extra step lang to attend the pre-cana seminar.
