Goodmorning SP moms and SP tech!I was just wondering why i can't change my avatar, update/edit my profile and change my kiddie greets photo. I tried changing/updating it so many times but nothing happens. Do i need to change or register a new account here?

To create an avatar, you must be in PC mode or Desktop Site mode (for mobile users)

1) Login to Smart Parenting and go to your Parent Chat profile by clicking this link:

2) Go to Modify Profile > Forum Profile

3) Under Personalized Picture,
- tick Specify avatar by URL and enter the URL of your image.
or
-tick Upload an avatar and choose file to upload a small size photo

4) Click the Change Profile box at the bottom right corner of the forum page.

 Web Master and Editors: Can anyone please help me regarding this VERY SIMPLE PROBLEM? I lost count of how many times i tried changing my kiddie greet photo. Still, nothing happened. Please, i email the webmaster already and i don't get any reply. If there's something wrong with your system, can anyone atleast inform me? Or if maybe i'm doing something wrong or using the wrong computer?

kindly PM me a screen shot of what you see on your monitor. This will better help us in presenting the problem to the Admin. Sorry ha, this is setting is not within our control. Let's see how we can help.

Mommyjazz, ayaw mag paste ng screen shot ko 
Basta dun po kasi sa option na edit yong photos, pag na save na, may lalabas na, you can view your kiddie greet, and yet yong lumang photo parin yong lumalabas. Hindi niya talaga napapalitan. Nakaka 3 iba't ibang laptop nako 
Nung 1 year old pa kasi baby ko sa photo nayon and gusto ko naman ma update na mukha niya dun

you can view your kiddie greet, and yet yong lumang photo parin yong lumalabas. Hindi niya talaga napapalitan.

nagpost po ako ng kiddie greets, baket when i try to view my kiddie greet, wala yung pics na inapload ko?
di ko maview?

I tried it myself 2x, hindi nga instant yung pag update. I can't view my uploaded photo. Will report this again.

An Error Has Occurred!
The attachments upload directory is not writable. Your attachment or avatar cannot be saved.

This appears when you try to upload a photo from your computer, a function which is now disabled. Tick "Specify avatar by URL". The photo you are trying to upload must be small (thumbsized). If you are uploading from an online album, make sure that the setting is in "public".

Upload function of Kiddie Greets at the home page has now been fixed. Let us know if you still experience difficulties.

Thank you very much mommyjazz nd toughmom! It was now easy to change the photo. Hope next time there will be options for the Ipad so that i don't have to borrow my husband's laptop. Big thanks again!

hello po ako din po pahelp, hinid rin po ako makapaag add ng sa kiddie greets, wala naman pong error pero hindi ko po nakikita yung picture and name ng baby ko nung nagadd ako sa kiddie greet corner => thank you

Sis try to use google chrome kung mozilla firefox gamit mo kase ganyan din ako last week sa mozilla ayaw pero when I use google chrome nag Ok sya.

same  here.. I keep on editing my profile, (talking about my avatar) but nothing happens! kept on trying for so many times now but still none of the pictures i am putting are being recognize.... what is happening??? please let us know on how to edit our avatars, i used to have an uploaded photo for my forum profile, but now its totally gone and i cannot do anything to put it back

Sa Modify Profile, tick "Specify avatar by URL" instead of upload an avatar. Then paste the URL of your small photo from an online album ending in .jpg format.

Bakit nga kaya nadisable yung function ng "upload avatar"? I used to change my profile photo using that option. Sana maenable ulit yung function na yun. 

Nagawa ko naman makapag upload ng profile pic pero ilang beses ko rin pinaliit yung photo kase pagsine-save ko na, pagview ko, parang medyo deformed siya

kung yung preferred photo mo is from FB, i-reload mo muna (right-click then scroll down to reload) tapos right click ulit, select "Copy image location" tapos i-paste mo dun sa provided box when you tick "Specify avatar by URL" sa Modify profile.

^ sis, I tried to do sis yhamslove instructions and it works well. And sa wakas nakagpalit na ako ng profile pic...
