till now i'm just wondering sa 3am n yan....may mga time siguro n nkakaramdam ako kapag ganyan 3am...pero isa lang ginagawa ko nagdadasal talaga ako....kasi every monday nag-alarm ako ng 3am kasi papasok n ako sa office, taga rizal ako e ang ofc ko makati p tapos traffic kaya need ko gumising ng ganung time....naliligo p nga ako mag-isa tapos tulog lahat kasama ko....kapag pinairal mo siguro ang takot mo matatalo k talaga niyan...at kung meron nga siguro PRAY lang kay GOD ang katapat niyan...GOD is watching US...(parang kanta tuloy)

same with me, since dalaga ako, automatic pag patak ng 3am gumigising ako at sumisilip sa bintana, then marami ako nakikita sa kapitbahay namin (that time kasi parang gubat pa bakuran nila puro puno at halamang gulay na gumagapang). pero para sa akin ok lang kasi nasanay na ako, pero now na may baby na ako, always pray lang lalo na yung prayer na Guardian Angel for my baby boy

i used to wake up every 3am before when i was pregnant. ngayon na preggy na ulit ako, i wake up at 1am to jingle. sa first pregnancy ko ginigising ko talaga partner ko para samahan ako jumingle kakatakot kasi  ;D

also there was a time back in college that every 2weeks for 6 months i would wake up at 3am. and the thing is parang may gumigising sakin and super takot talaga ako. i could never go back to sleep kasi i felt that someone was watching and i would leave the lights on as soon as i wake up. since is lasted for months, hindi na nga ako tumitingin sa cellphone ko to check the time kasi alam ko na 3am na kaya nagising ako, i even removed the wall clock sa kwarto kasi i can't stand looking at it saying it's 3AM! so creepy  :(

Hi mga sis! I actually experience those kind of things pero hindi 3am ako nagigising....
2am! With the wee- wee and stuffs like that... Pero you know what, during my first and today's second pregnancy.. napapansin ko nangyayari lang sakin yan pag patak ng 5th month onwards ng pregnancy ko...
Well, I personally concluded that something was visiting me and my unborn child like the aswang/ tiktik!
I mean seriously!!!!

Nung una nga akala ko ako lang nakakapansin, pero alam na pala ng nanay at tatay ko kasi they were hearing the bird in the middle of the night. They just told me about the tiktik nung sinabi ko sa kanila na "ma, nagising ako kaninang 2am kasi may tumatawag ng pangalan ko, ka boses ni ate... nasa kwarto nga ni Noelle eh (my younger sister)..." then she asked me "panu mo nalaman, di ka ba nananaginip?"... I just answered her "No, kasi tinignan ko cellphone ko gawa ng nagtext si Christian, nakatulugan ko kasi eh, tsaka nakita ko ilaw sa kwarto ni Noelle, bukas na bukas ang ilaw, ... pinapalabas nga ako ni ate s kwarto, parang hinahanap niya ako"............

then that's it, my Mom just told me na me tiktik nga daw, and what's wierd everytime na magisa  lang ako sa bahay, nakakarinig ako ng sitsit sa labas kahit wala namang tao... kaya ayun! umalis ako ng probinsya at nagpunta sa city, kasi pakiramdam ko di ako tatagal kung araw araw me tumatawag ng pangalan ko... whew!!! PRAY to St. Michael the Archangel for protection. and always wear St. Benedict Medallion...

update ko lang kayo mga sis sa post kong ito. i sound so kontrabida sa topic nating ito - may pa-body-body clock pakong nalalaman. hehe! pero nung gabing iyon, i woke up 3:45am and naalala ko tong post nato. haha! super na wiwiwi pa naman ako. pinag bigyan ko sarili ko mag wiwi kahit super takot ako pumunta ng cr, pero after that, pagbalik ko ng bed, mega yakap ako sa baby ko. natakot ako promise! hehe

Im a nurse and I loved working night shift. Wala pa naman nangyaring ganyan sakin. Unholy hour siguro yung 1-3am because everyone is asleep? walang scheduled operation kasi it would be unwise to schedule it that time kung pwede namang sa umaga? pero surely they have to operate when they need to, like in an emergency. It's unholy to the doctors because they are asleep during those times  :P I had to rush a dying baby to the NICU once (1am) and there were no doctors around! tulog sa quarters and nagalit pa nung ginising ko  :-\ I have never experienced it sa hospital, e sabi nila madami daw sa hospital. I was waiting for it to happen to me pero wala, nada. Baka they dont like me?

Body clock explanation is more sound. If you follow a routine and ended up peeing at 3 am, and do the same routine the next night, more likely, you will again wake up at 3am the next day.

Dito naman sa bahay, there was one weird thing I remembered happening but im not sure if its 3am, basta its about that time. We have a new tv mounted on a wall in my son's room, I remember I programmed it na mag on at a certain time pero hindi naman siguro madalinga araw. I was watching TV sa sala then i heard someone talking in my son's room. I checked and found the TV on. So I turned it off and went back to what I was doing. Then it turned on again. I went back put it off again, unplugged it and said, "please gabi na, tsaka bahay namin to, umalis na kayo"  ;D
I dont even know why I said that. Nothing like that ever happened again.
Nun umaga na naisip ko lang, the TV was new and the time wasnt even set properly. My mom sent it from the abroad kaya siguro nag ka problema sa time zone and natawa ako sa sarili ko.

If you believe in these stuff, you are more inclined to accept it. But when you think about it meron namang rational and scientific explanation.

pa-join.. :)

siguro nga may bagay na di natin kayang ipaliwanag.. I know there are lots of bad spirits syempre nasa Bible naman yun, but they can only harm you with your mind.. pag nagpadala tayo sa takot eh lalo talagang matatakot :)

ako naman malimit talagang magising ng madaling araw.. to pee.. and last night lang eh nakaexperience ako ng parang nightmare ba tawag dun kaso kasi hindi naman ako tulog eh, gising pa ang diwa ko, I was trying to get back to sleep then may magfflash sa mind ko na certain monster type faces then ayun may time na di ko makagalaw or makasigaw, then pinilit kong magsalita at igalaw kahit ang kamay ko. at yun nakawala ako sa ganun narinig ni hubby na umungol ako, that is the effect of my release, hug niya tapos kiss niya ko pero di ko sinabi sa kanya na ganun.. niyakap ko na sya after that kasi natakot din naman ako kahit papano.. ganun din nung 1st pregnancy ko.. I don;t know anong meron sa buntis bakit ganun, but naisip ko instead na matakot eh praying to God is the best armor.

God is greater than all this bad spirits.

"Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world." - 1 John 4:4

"Kayo'y sa Dios, mumunti kong mga anak, at inyong dinaig sila: sapagka't lalong dakila siyang nasa inyo kay sa nasa sanglibutan."  - 1 Juan 4:4

share ko lang din. di ko alam kung ina-aswang din baby ko.
every night for almost 3weeks now iyak sya ng iyak. and take note the time. if hindi 12:09AM eh 1:54AM. As in ganun lage ang oras. then i asked my husband to observe kasi sya hindi nagigising pag umiiyak baby namin eh. pero kagabi nong nakita niya ang oras nagulat sya bat 1:54am daw eh the other night same lang din ng oras.

We prayed before we sleep pero ganun pa rin.

Siguro like sabi ni ilovegabe, dahil nagiging routine?

Samen naman Devil's Hour tawag sa 3AM.  :-X

Mula nun, kahit wiwing wiwi na ako, super pigil talaga ako or I wait for 4AM para tumayo. hehe
