Usually bago ako magkaroon super sungit talaga ako. Mabilis uminit ang ulo kaya alam ko malapit na akong magkaroon. Mahilig din ako maglinis ng maglinis.. hehe.. yun ang napapansin ko pag bago ako magkaroon kaya pag meron na ako, sobrang tamad ko na!  ;D

 ;D natawa naman ako...yes, sis, pag meron ako, mabilis maginit ang ulo ko.  I asked my OB about it.  Ang explanation is because of the hormones during that period.  Pero, hindi din lahat ng babae ay nagiging moody pag meron.  Depende pa rin sa body make up mo.  ;D

Hi sis!  I think totoo po yun.  May mga studies na ginawa and sabi it's because the body is changing and something to do with the hormones.  I read it in books and magazines.  Correct me if I'm wrong, I think it's called PMS.  But again, depende pa rin po sa tao.  May mga babae na hindi matindi ang hormonal changes nila kaya hindi sila nagbabago ng mood kapag meron or bago magkaroon  :)

Hi mga sis!

i think its true, because of the hormones. Saka sino ba namang di maiirita nun especially kung sobrang lakas ng dalaw mo na halos di ka makakilos :)
