UPDATE:  My daughter is already 8yo.
Sa lahat ng nangyari sa daughter ko (please backread from the start...) di na ako nag follow up sa Pedia/Nephro ng daughter ko since wala naman ng problema (based on her past issues UTI, Kidney Scars etc)
My problem is this... She's in Grade 3 so whole day na siya sa school.  Our daily routine, mag wiwi siya bago mag breakfast, that is upon waking up (so kung natulog siya ng 9pm, 630am na siya naka wiwi shocks); poop before taking a bath grabe ang tagal sa bathroom isama mo na ang oras na naglalaro siya habang nag e-e. These were the only time na naka wiwi siya sa morning.
Sabi niya I have to wait until she is ready to pee in school.
So far we have NO issues on UTI etc.

Hello Mommy mworx!
For an 8yo dapat kahit once makakaihi siya sa school unless hindi sapat ang water intake niya, which is not surprising kasi the only time they can drink is recess and lunch time. And kids only drink when they're thirsty. Check also the condition of the school's toilet.

Dati malakas nung gusto niya yung baon drink niya but lately we're cutting his sugar intake kaya plain water lang ang pinapabaon ko. Class niya is the same as your daughter.

I guess, for as long as his wiwi is not dark in color, he's happy, healthy and positive pa rin ang disposition, there's really nothing to worry about.

Do give your daughter her favorite healthy drink for school para ganahang uminom. Did she admit na tinitiis niya ang wiwi niya or wala talaga siya ma feel?

I am so glad I found this forum site., Just wanted to share also my daughter's experiences sa UTI. Pabalik balik ang UTI niya last year 2017, and she was admitted three times the same diagnosis until they told us na may AGN na siya, kidney scarring..natakot naman kami..so nagpa second opinion na kami and nag undergo siya ng ultrasound, na clear naman yung kanyang kidney..and this year again, masakit yung tyan but without fever I thought it was her gastritis pero mataas yung WBC sa urine niya na may infection na daw so antibiotics again..Advice ko lang po totally eliminate junk foods, process goods, soda and juices..tapos monitor intake ng maraming tubig and everytime wiwi.. go for natural meryendas for kids like kamote, banana etc etc...kasi lahat ng pagkain ngaun sobrang dameng sodium..

Hello po.

My daughter's pedia has advised us to make her undergo VCUG. Did your daughter have it?

How much did it cost you? Pwede ba outpatient? Is Philhealth applicable?

Thank you very much po.
