Sleep on your left so you can breathe better. If nangangalay, sleep on your right side. Avoid sleeping on your back because yun yung position na di ka msyado makakahinga. Sometimes kapag sobrang ngalay na or when I'm watching TV lang and I want to lie on my back, I just put a pillow on the right side of my back para medyo naka-prop-up pa rin yung left side ko. I also have a pillow on my legs para iwas-manas!

help naman mga sis

nakakainis na ang sleeping disorder ko eh, kagaya ngayon, 3am gising pa ako, hndi pa ako inaantok kahit kanina pa ako online, browsing para mapagod ang mata ko kaso wala eh
i just had my 2nd glass of warm milk
minsan naman aantukin ako around 10pm, tapos gigising ako ng 1 or 2am para kumain, tapos around 5am tulog ulit gising ng 9 or 10am, after that hindi ko alam kung anong oras ako ulit aantukin, but one thing is for sure, hindi ako inaantok sa hapon.
im also having difficulties staying asleep, pagising gising ako palagi,parang every 2 hrs ata, kasi tumitingin ako sa relo everytime magigising ako...
gusto ko naman makatulog ng direcho...

Try mo yung pure rest, yan iniinom ko dati during pregnant ako, like you di ako makatulog, nag take ako ng 1 tab after 30minutes tulog na ako, nagigising ako , kapag mag urinate na lang... :)

Hi! Tanong ko lang kung ano ba ang the best sleeping position para sa mga buntis. I've read na hindi maganda yung on your back o nakatihaya kasi may naiipit daw na vein and best yung on your left side. Ang kaso naman sobrang sakit sa balakang yung on my left side kahit anong gawin kong paglagay ng unan sa kung saan sang parte ng hips nd legs ko. I feel most comfortable on my back. Wala akong nararamdamang discomfort or kahit anong paghirap s paghinga pag nakatihaya. I don't wanna jeopardize naman yung health ni baby by choosing to be more comfortable. Pano ba toh mommies? help!!

Hi, sabi ng OB ko noong nagbubuntis pa ako wala namang masamang nakahiga on your back kasi depende sa may katawan or sa nagbubuntis. Kung saan daw komportable ang buntis sa posisyon sa pagtulog okay lang, kaya nga daw may pwesto sa pagtulog ang mga buntis na hindi komportable kasi 'yun daw ang hindi din komportable sa baby. Noong buntis naman ako komportable akong nakatagilid, so kanya-kanya talaga. Kung saan ka komportable doon ka. When i was pregnant during my first semester madalas tagilid ang sleeping position ko. Pero nung ika 5th month na, naku kahit tagilid o tihaya hirap na ako. Kaya sa reclining chair na ako natutulog. Mas naging kumportable tulog ko pag dun ako nakapwesto.

Ako nasa 3rd trimester ngayon at puro tagilid na position lang talaga kasi kapag nakatihaya naman ako, parang ang hirap huminga, unless mga tatlong patong yung unan ko.  ;D Sabi ng OB ko, the best position daw eh yung sa left side ka nakatagilid. Pero syempre mangangawit ka din nun kaya kahit papalit palit na sleeping position, tingin ko naman hindi makakasama sa baby.

Ako 5 months na po. Nababasa ko na mas komportable ang left side na position kaya minsan un yung ginagawa ko. Pero mas kumportable ako ng Right side kahit minsan sumisipa si baby. Or, nakatihaya. Kasi pag sa left feeling ko mabigat yung tiyan ko sa position na yun kahit may unan akong dinadantayan. Hindi ko pa natanung sa OB ko, next week pa yung check up ko. Pero ano nga po ba tamang position? Thank you mommies. :)

Hi mommies, first time mom lang. Normal lang ba na 3 or 4 hours nalang ang tulog sa gabi ng mga 8months pregnant?
