Chocolate dip from cocoa powder ...
« on: September 07, 2011, 03:09:02 pm »

hi po..

id like to share lang po, ginawa ko last monday lang.. kung ano lang ang available since tight budget at pang surprise sa friend namin na mag drop by sa office in an hour..

1. cocoa powder
2. condensed/ or evap milk
3. sugar (brown is better)

i bought ricoa powder (yung blue green pack), condensed milk (actually evap dapat) then sugar to taste.. what i did was dissolve the powder sa water (tantya lang), put the milk and sugar.. stir ko lang then may rice cooker dun, pina kulo ko lang in less than 10mins.. when i saw the result and find it ok naman ang consistency plus the taste na medyo mapait, matamis, keribels na..

i put mallows in toothpick, naging parang cocktail style.. sinet up ko lang.. ayun, naging instant choco dip siya.. in fairness, masarap.. tyr niyo din..

Thanks sis for sharing. I'll try this home made choco dip on my kid's 2nd bday. Isama ko sa menu tapos with fruit platter. House party kami.

youre welcome sis... para sa ting mga tight budget yan.. hehe.. hindi ko kasi afford mag rent or buy ng choco fountain eh kaya naisip ko kung ano puwede na alternate na choco dip na magugustuhan ko at ng titikim eh since nga first time ko ginawa at nasarapan baka every party or gatherings ako with close friends/ relatives ganito na lang ang gawin ko..

enjoy po and happy bday kay baby..  ;)
