my daughter's first birthday and a baptismal on December 29...

we're considering Sto. Domingo Church as a Church for baptismal because it is accessible to the restos.
we have no idea how much rate sa Sto. Domingo

and any suggestion para sa reception venue? we're considering din ang budget..

Shakey's Q. ave is our first choice..

ano ano po ba i-consider namen upon dealing in reservation?

please help... thanks!

check mo muna time ng baptism, then estimate mo kung what time matatapos.. from there, doon mo ibase booking time mo for the party

Hi sis.. You have to consider the following

1. Aside sa time kasi usually fast food allows party lang in 2 hrs tapos 1 hr prep. Unless no event before you, you can start the preparation for the venue earlier.

2. Ask if it allows outside suppliers kasi you cant afford to DIY na dahil me baptism ka pa unless malayo yun time ng baptism sa reception. which is not ideal kasi yun mga guest mo esp ninong/ninang nasa church and and its not OK to have them wait pa dapat after the baptism go na sa venue.

3. if you have theme in mind, you have to check what theme they have lang and get it no choice e unless kasi me sarilin kang venue nalang walang problem do whatever you like at 4 hrs ang pwede mo stay sa venue. so you can have performers pa like magician, bubble show, etc..

4. electricity charge for if incase they allow you to bring in food carts na magluto pa or photobooth

5. ask all the things na gusto mo ipasok na suppliers if Ok lang sa kanila..

6. ask for corkage or waiver if you will bring in foods like candy buffet, dessert buffet na hindi galing sa kanila.

7. ask mo din yun package nila if require ka to get their loot bags or not.

8. cakes kailangan ba sa kanila kunin or pwede ka magpasok and me corkage ba at pwede iserve if iserve mo.

9. decor ok lang ba if maghire ka ng balloon decorator

10. parking consider this if me guest ka puro me sasakyan.

For the reception, I suggest Betty's Restaurant super near lang sya sa Sto. Domingo Church, halos likod lang ng church...try mo dumaan pag naginquire ka sa church may binibigay silang paper of their packages & i think the price is reasonable kase masarap ang food nila...HTH

hi mommy cruxito... baby ko baptismal at sto. domingo church last Sept. 10, fee is 1thou included na yung one set ng principal sponsor (one ninong one ninang), then succeding sponsor is 100/each.. I also recommend Betty's ok sya kasi malapit I can send you there menu's if you want you can also look for ms. jenny very accomodating sya.

hi mommy! nakaset na date ng baptismal ng baby ko sa sto.domingo for special 1500 w/ 1 pair of principal sponsor na yun  tapos 100/head addtional sponsor saknla nadin candles.

Yung party afterwards sa betty's pinili ko, as in walking distance lang siya sa likod ng church, affordable naman packages nila, you have many options to choose from drop by ka dun para makakuha ka ng copy ng packages nila..

Nkreserve na nga sakin lahat for October22...Will have my food tasting by October 1

haha! correct! super accessible kasi e...tsaka ok naman ang food din dun.... tsaka good deal nadin may in house function room na so you just need to order the foods no more fee for the place...

^sis any idea what to expect sa day ng baptism sa sto domingo?..

sis cruxito.. tom ko nalang email menu ha, sa church naman 30mins before the time na naka sched ka dapat andun kana.. check kc nila resibo mo and attach name ni baby, then give the nila ng candle.

hi sis, favor lang pwede send mo rin sa akin yung menus ng betty's at kung may package ka rin. sila kasi first option namin dahil sa sto. domingo din binyag ni baby. thank you very much.
