hi alfia, thanks for sharing this good news. I am also excited about this. we have been to Sentosa Oceanarium at mag enjoy talaga kami ng daughter ko. And it says mas bigger pa ang Manila Ocean park kesa yung nasa sentosa kaya lalo me na-excite, im sure mas maganda pa ito.

hi,i just watched 24oras and it covered up a news about the grand opening of manila ocean park last Saturday.malaki pala.it's the biggest ocenarium daw here in the Philippines.it has a 25meters long tunnel,at may foot spa pa!yung foot spa daw dun, doctor fishes daw kung tawagin yung fishes na parang nasa mini pond, you just dip your feet there.they eat your feet's dead skin cells.when a child there was asked kung masakit, hindi daw ticklish lang daw.yung mga kids dun mukhang madaming natututunan.iba't ibang fish yung nandun, may shark, and yung biggest fresh waterfish(forgot the name) ;D. gusto ko tuloy pumunta.

entrance fee:adult-400
kids(not under 4 and half inch)-350

open from 10am to 9pm.that's all the info i got. :)

hi mga moms! we have been in manila ocean park the day it was open to the public..
the entrance fee is 400 for adult and 350 for kids. wala pa pong bayad yung mga babies...
ok naman yung place although hindi pa sya talaga tapos. marami pang ginagawa specially yung 2nd floor but you can go up there naman na. Nung nagpunta kami i thought mas konti kasi it was the first day palang naman pero nagkamali kami ni hubby. Grabeng dami ng tao as in super haba ng pila for the tickets. may mga food stall sa labas but you cant bring the foods inside. pwede rin cameras basta deactivated ang flash. malaki sya and madami ka talagang makikitang ibat ibang fishes. my kids really enjoy the park. Naamaze pa nga sila pag nakakakita ng mga big fishes. i think nalibot namin yung buong park in almost 2 hours but that's because of the crowd. kung walang masyadong tao kaya naman libutin in 1 hour lang. in our case kasi talagang pinapahinto kami pag sobrang crowded na sa isang area. and isa pa you cannot go back na pag nagmove ka na to another area kaya talagang one by one ang pagtingin namin sa bawat species na nandun...  :)

hi! sorry for the late replies moms... kayo lang magtotour on your own. i guess kaya lang ganun sila nung first day kasi nga sobrang dami ng tao... as in... by batch kami pinapapasok on 1 area kaya pag may papasok ng iba, aalis na kami. (bawat area kasi may bantay, nakakahiya naman kung mapaalis pa kami sa sobrang tagal diba?) pero we (my husband and I ) made sure na nakita namin one by one all the creatures that is there. if were not yet finished kahit abutan pa kami ng next batch na pumasok hinahayaan lang namin. tiis nga lang kami sa init at dami ng tao...wala namang time limit dun, pero you will always hear the batay saying "yun pong mga tapos na o nakita na lahat please move to the next area" about the secong floor hindi ko naitanong kelan matatapos. pero sa nakita ko, medyo matagal tagal pa talaga before nila matapos lahat ng ginagawa nila from the outside up to the second floor.

open sila specially on weekends moms.. kasi alam nila yun ang bonding time na available for kids ands parents. 10am - 9pm sila open. masarap din isama yung mga babies.. nakakatuwa pag nakita mo how they will respond dun sa mga new animals na makikita nila ng buhay talaga... usually kasi my baby sa pictures palang titig na titig pa kaya nung nakita niya ng live sobrang nakitakita ko na naaamaze sya. basta be sure na busog sya before you enter para nasa mood sya  manood. may isang mom kasi dun na sa sobrang dami ng tao at gutom siguro ng baby, wala talagang ginawa kundi umiyak ng umiyak yung baby niya... :)

yup mommies may open and close area dun... may madilim din na part dun... actually dun kami nagtagal...madilim na nga eh siksikan pa kasi dami ng tao... pero hindi naman as in mangangapa ka sa dilim... and palagay ko kasi mas mapapansin yung ganda ng mga aquarium pag medyo madilim ng konti.. sana nga magawa nadin agad lahat pati yung mall plan namin bumalik pag tapos na lahat ng ginagawa nila dun... ;)
