  Yung daughter just recently lang nalaman na may allergic rhinitis. Our pedia advised me:

1. Clean her nose, using Salinese, about 2-3 drops then cotton buds
2. 1 spray of NASONEX.

1 month ko daw gagawin ito, sabay ng pagpapainom ng gamot for PC na sinabayan pa ng Tigdas hangin ngayon. Actually, effective naman sya kaya lang pricey lang si NASONEX.

mga sis you can also try using air humidifier and buy some aromatherapy oil na nilalagay dun para maclean yung air at may healing effect. I think it's eaucalyptus or lavander oil yata. you can find it sa dept store

Hi mommies, ask ko lang po safe po ba to use salinase drops/spray palagi? Nagka sipon kasi baby ko like 2 weeks ago tas advise ng pedia niya for 3 days tas ngayon may sipon nnman wala ba bad side effect if lagi mag salinase? salamat
