^yes sis meron sa healthy options. megamall branch ako nakabili nun, 695php ata yung 90caps if I remember it right. basta more than 600php yung isang bottle.

When did you buy po? Is it really effective? How many days ka dapat muna mag-drink bago lumakas ulit yung milk?

^makiki-sagot na din took fenugreek tablets from Healthy Options din. One capsule everyday lang and on the third day I noticed na mas creamier yung milk ko. Kung dumami, I cannot say kasi direct feeding ako so hindi name-measure. From my readings and advice ng pedia, yung supply is affected ng demand so again, kung lesser na ang times ng pag-pump, mas may chance na mag-decrease ang milk supply.

@cassie - yes sis, effective sya sakin. I drink 2 caps after lunch and sometimes i'll drink another 1 in the evening. Since twice a day na lang ako sa office nakakapag pump, nababawasan supply ko. Pero nung uminom ako Fenugreek nag increase ng mga 3oz-5oz yung napa-pump ko.

@happybroomstick - oo sis depende talaga sa supply and demand. purpose lang naman ng paginom ko is para ma maximize ko yung pwede ko ma pump pag nasa office ako. pero pag sa house direct feeding pa rin ako. It's the best pa rin para ma stimulate yung milk production.

^yup, glad to know more and more moms are striving na ituloy-ituloy ang pagbigay ng breastmilk sa babies nila ako naman hindi ko kinaya ang fenugreek. i hate the fact na it affects the smell of urine and sweat. stick na lang ako sa Natalac capsules, water, and soup

^Actually amoy maple syrup yung fenugreek e, kaya nga lang ang strong masyado ng amoy niya, naiiwan kahit sa kamay. Nasanay naman na ko. Yung Natalac sis everyday ka umiinom? and ilang caps?

^1 capsule a day lang. direct feeding kasi since i am a sahm so feed on demand naman kaya i have no problems with supply. i noticed lang mas effective and fenugreek than natalac kasi agad-agad sa fenugreek nakita ko difference sa quality ng milk.

Pump CONSISTENTLY and ON TIME!

Its like you trick your body into producing more milk.  If you pump often at REGULAR intervals, alam ng katawan mo that you need more milk!

You also need to eat and drink a LOT!!

Also, think HAPPY THOUGHTS when you are pumping! 
Nega and Stress leads to slow/minimal let down..

^correct sis, talagang nakaka apekto yung stress sa let down. kapag pagod na ko sa work tapos nagpump ako, ayaw lumabas. minsan magleletdown after 15-20mins. I don't have much time pa naman to pump. kaya minsan pag puyat at pagod ako pumasok, for sure wala ako maiuuwi milk kay baby

mga sis tips naman o,
nagdip yung supply ko,hirap na ko maka3oz man lang,pinagsasama ko pa napump ko from left and right breasts para maka 1 bottle good for one feeding ni baby..working mom ako so worried na ko dahil 5 bottles na lang ang nakastore sa freezer ko.

nagtatake ako ng moringa caps pero wala na atang effect sakin.uminom ako kagabi 2 caps bago matulog and kanina pagpump ko 2oz lang!nakupo! may effect kaya na  nagswitch ako to Milo from Ovaltine these past weeks?

im thinking of buying fenugreek now, isang klase lang ba yun? what brand should i buy? hayz,nakakatakot,ayoko pa tumigil from breastfeeding, 1 year na ko exclusive.

sisses, baka gusto nyo bilin yung fenugreek ko.  1 week ko lang nagamit kasi ayaw na rin mag latch ni baby sa akin kaya useless and la di ako pump. now wala na talaga ako milk. Bought it from healthy options. P50% off, sayang naman kasi. Thanks
