mga sissies, 1 year and seven months na ang baby ko at parang preggy pa rin ang laki ng tummy ko. di ko kasi alam na i have to wear binder...hay... :'(

hi mga mommy.

1year old na baby ko nextmonth, but still malaki parin tummy ko  :'(

CS ako, di kasi ako nagbinder, siguro mga 3days lang na diretso tapos mga sumunod na araw lagi ko tinatanggal, kabit-tanggal kc super init & nangangati ako, di ako comportable sa binder.

Kaya eto ang result, payat na ako pero malakiparin tyan ko  :'(, pwede paba makuha ito sa binder???

hay naku mga mommies ganan din problem ko. ang laki laki pa din ng puson ko para pa rin akong 2months preggy.

dati nung nanganak ako nagbinder agad ako tapos ilang months ko lang sinuot yun..stil after 2 1/2 years malaki pa rin puson at tummy ko esp medyo full figure ako..just 2 months ago, i started to jog every morning.  im very happy wid the result kasi medyo lumiit tyan at puson ko..effective talaga sya. what i did was everytime i jog, i put binder para pagpawisan ng husto dun sa may tummy area ko..im still jogging every morning kasi i still want to lose more inches...nabasa ko rin na effective way na pampaliit ng tummy ang jogging...

Hmmm. I use binder for my first month after CS delivery. Okay naman sha and talagang nawala bilbil ko. Hihi. Pero when I started using girdle, parang bumalik ulit. And until now, lumaki na bilbil ko. Haay :( Thinking of using binder again kasi it really helps :D

Hi Mommies,

Ano ba effective way para lumiit tummy? simula kasi nung nanganak ako di na lumiit yung tummy ko, sagwa eh para akong may belt bag. Kaso need ko is Tummy lang ang liliit dahil di naman me mataba, so parang di sa akin pwede yung mga slimming pills or kung anong gamot kasi pati face ko pumapayat...  Baka may alam kayong lotion or any way other than exercise... hehe

i agree with sis simplyme28, sit ups lang talaga kaya lang matagal bago mo makita yung effect...try to wear binder kung mag sit ups ka para pawisan tummy mo

..hi mom'z.. I'm a newbie.. = D
..parang may sariling mundo yung tummy ko.. ayaw na niya mag tuck in?! kahit hindi ako huminga nagba-bounce pdin sya.. = ( yikes!! mommy's out there any idea how?!

Crunches lang katapat niyan sis..mga 50-100 per day (better if using ab roller)

Avoid:
drinking softdrinks
measure your rice intake should be only 1 cup per meal or less
drink water before eating to make you full
avoid cold water when eating or after eating
drink hot water or tea after eating to melt the fats  :)

Hi sis, you really need to exert effort and do some sit-ups. Though I also suggets a low fat diet :) Actually, your waistline (especially the fat on your puson) is an indication if you are eating too much fatty food. Try to eat more veggies and lessen fried food. :)

ako din yan problema ko tummy,,sit-up nga daw saka bawas carbo..kaya sa gabi bawas na or di na take ng rice..inom daming water..then nag-try ko din yon hula-hoop hmmm medyo nabawasan na konti.. ;D pag tagal-tagal na daw maging ok na hay sana lumiit na... :)

Problema ko din yan, nasstress na nga ako eh kasi di naman ako mataba pero kadiri tyan ko ngayon di katulad nung unang nanganak ako bilis lumiit. Wala magkasyang pants sa waist area hahaha pag pinilit nasisira zipper o kaya sumasakit tummy ko wala naman time mag-exercise. Parang 4 months preggy pa rin ako. Oatmeal na lang lagi dinner ko nagsasawa na ko kaya lang ganun pa din.

sis marikit same tyo. Nung unang panganganak ko lumiit naman agad tummy ko. Ngayon ang tagal na di pa lumiliit. Eh gusto ko sana pumayat yung waist ko bago magbday yung bunso ko. hehe. Poporma din ako :-)

Problem ko rin dati yan (ngayon medyo na lang kasi lumiit na tyan ko hehe) ;)

What I did, aside from not eating rice is.. P90x ab ripper x. Naku. 15mins lang siya. Pero grabe! Sarap ng workout sa tyan! Mas effective leg raises if your target si your puson :)

Download niyo na lang mommies ;)

Every other day ko to ginagawa after ko ng cardio exercise. It's not good daw kasi to exercise your abs everyday.

Remeber din, kahot isang milyon situps pa ang gawin natin kung same diet, wa epek.

At, nabasa ko din, losing weight is 90 in the kitchen and 10 exercise ;)
