im not alone.. ako din mga sis same problem here nung first baby ko madali nkarecover tummy ko lumiit agad siya pero with my 2nd pregancy eto laki pa din niya though di naman mukhang buntis pero i feel na mjo malaki talaga tummy ko now mga pants ko iba di ko na masuot.. di naman ako makapgexercise walang time kc working me at night mommy in the morning.. yung diet ko naku parang ang hirap baguhin di naman din ako maxado malakas kumain!!

hehe plangak!Hirap baguhin ng meal diet especially pag night shift...Parang laging gutom, nanlalambot pag oatmeal nga lang kinain ko lalo akong nagugutom hahaha. Pano pa kaya kung maging 3 kids ko? I'm hahaha patay ang porma. I guess disiplina talaga sa food, i'm working on that now. Sinasatisfy ko na hunger ko medyo ok naman magaan sa pakiramdam.

Try belly dancing :) kahit daw mga kaka panganak lang mabilis lumiit tummy with  belly dancing. I'll be enrolling in this class in Twinkle Toes fairview after holy week :)

mahirap na talaga bumalik sa dati..ako naman i do jogging everyday sa sementeryo malapit lang samin (Eternal Gardens mem Park) tapos twice a week naman sa circle kami nagjojogging at dancing..so far lumiit na tyan ko ang im planning to continue this..tyagaan lang talaga..

Recently ko lang nadiscover. Hulla Hoop.

I was trying sit-ups and jogging for 3 weeks in a row.  Dahil tyan lang din talaga ang hindi bumalik sa dati sa katawan ko simula manganak. Bumalik na katawan ko sa dati yung tummy napag-iwanan na. Bawas kanin lang din talaga. Since SAHM ako at breastfeeding pa naging bestfriend ko talaga ang rice cooker  ;D But since nalait na ako because of my katabaan I was sent back to reality.

I eat a full breakfast. Cup of rice, ulam, glass of milk or hot choco after I exercise. 15-20 ng abs workout for mommies na nakita ko sa youtube. Then jog-at-place habang tulog daughter ko sa morning pagkagising ko. Then I toned it down throughout the day dahil dito lang naman ako sa bahay. I eat less sa lunch (kung ano na lang tira ng daughter ko) and even lesser sa dinner. Yung left-over niya lang din but pag di ko kinaya I eat a pack of cracker or drink a glass of milk bago matulog. I take a lot of water the whole day lalo na before kumain. And fruits in between. At totoo nga yung sometimes we feel hungry but then again nauuhaw lang pala tayo. And after 2 weeks I couldnt believe I would be happy sa result. Medyo saggy na lang tummy ko pero hindi na malaki. Then Napagdiskitahan ko yung hulla hoop ng pamangkin ko. And my after a week, I could see shape in my waist I almost weep. The sag I guess would always be there, I dont know mag 1 month pa lang naman ako sa ganito. Depende na lang kung ipapa-retoke ko tulad ng ginawa ni ruffa  ;D but Im happy just the same. Im almost confident on wearing my 2piece bikinis again just like nung dalaga ako. At kung sino man may lakas ng loob na pansinin yung tummy ko isa lang isasagot ko, "Iha nanganak ka na ba?"

Hi sis :) Yung rate nila sa belly dancing is 2,500 for 12 sessions, and they also have 4,000 unlimited attend all you want classes from (Yoga, Jazz Funk, Adult Ballet Workout, Belly Dancing, HIPHOP)

sige enroll ka din para classmates tayo hehe :)

Hi there! =) I enrolled in slimmers world! haha! its effective! even if i have gym equipments at home, mas ok parin yung may personal trainer ka and may mga nakikita kang nagwowork out with you, mas motivating! also i disciplined myself to a diet that worked for me, less carbs more protein.. so diet with exercise talaga dapat!

now toning nalang ako, so nag enroll ako ng Protrim and Ultraform sa slimmers world, so far very effective siya, 2-3 sessions palang kitang kita na results especially sa flabby belly from my CS birth =)

..nbawasan naman weight ko.. and have no problems pagdating sa food kasi di din ako mahilig kumain.. ang major problem ko lang tlaga yung flabbz lang talaga.. ngstart ndin me crunches atleast 50 times a day medyo may effect nadin sya.. tas tea and bwas cold drinks.. so far medjo ok na tummy ko.. siguro kelangan me lang mag tone talaga.. di ko carry mag gym since night shift ako tas umaga alaga naman ng kid.. so wala talagang time.. hehe..

same here! maliit waist line ko pero sa hips at puson ko medyo masagwa.. pag nag skirt ako halata! hehe.. ano bang pwedeng gawin? pero infairness from 155lbs naging 124lbs ako after manganak.. kahit 10 lbs lang mabawas sa akin ok na ako dun!
