just want to share lang yung travel namin sa puerto princesa para atleast i can help naman for the ideas once nagdecide kyo na magtravel there. we stayed at RAQ Pensionne.. super sulit ng stay. very accommodating ang mga staff & even yung owner as in hands on.

basta if you want the BEST experience i recommend you to stay in RAQ Pensionne.. malinis yung rooms, may free breakfast, may souvenir every travel, accommodating & friendly staff, mabait na tourist guide at sya pa magluluto ng food kapag honda bay tour na. two thumbs up :D

hope you enjoy once nagtravel kyo sa puerto princesa!

If you are eyeing Puerto Princesa,  you may want to try out Hibiscus Inn!  It is #1 in TripAdvisor.

Here is a link from their website http://www.puertoprincesahotel.com/

I have also posted a review in my blog about our Palawan visit  http://juvyann19.blogspot.com/2010/10/out-working-in-puerto-princesa-palawan.html.

first time sa Puerto Princesa and so I need help...
« Reply #4 on: January 09, 2012, 01:47:32 pm »

I was able to book a trip to Puerto Princesa for June one time na nakaagap ako ng promo. This would be our first time ni hubby na makapasyal ng Palawan, so it would be a 3days 2nights trip. As for hubby mas prefer niya na DIY na lang kami at wag ng kumuha ng package somehow i agree baka kako mas makatipid pa kami  ;D tama po ba o mali?

Pa-help naman po sa mga nakapag-try na po mag Palawan dyan  ;D the following are my basic concerns rightnow:

Place to stay - hindi kami maarteng mag asawa what matters to us is we have a place to spend the night after a day ng pamamasyal (since pamamasyal naman talaga ipupunta namin dun) saka safe na mapag iiwanan ng gamit na rin.

I am drafting our iterinary and yung City Tour namin fall sa last day namin e 2pm flight namin pabalik ng Manila.

1. ETA to PP Airport 0840h Monday
2. Monday afternoon Island Hopping
    Pandan, Snake and Starfish Island
3. Tuesday Undergroung River Tour
4. Wednesday City Tour in the morning
      Iwahig Prison and Penal Farm
      Crocodile Farm**
      Butterfly Garden
      Baker's Hill

then at 2pm yung flight namin pabalik kaya po ba yang City Tour until before lunch?

http://www.smartparenting.com.ph/parentchat/index.php/topic,19241.0.html

ok na yung iti mo na
day 1 honda bay
day 2 UR
day 3 City tour

pero kung maaga mo natapos UR, pwede mo na idiretso ng city tour, ganun ginawa namin dati. kaya yung third day, pahinga na kami, nag palawan museum lang kami. may blog post ako about PP just in case you need it. yung crocodile farm, parang pag weekend sa hapon langs iya open, 2PM yata.

^thanks much sis... may nabasa kasi ako 2 different blog regarding crocodile farm visit and nabanggit na naghintay pa sila mag open ng 1:30 bago sila nakapasok and thats weekdays... i will consider your suggestion na isingit na ang city tour if may time pa sa Day 1 and Day 2 lalo at mahirap maghabol ng time pag iniisip yung flight pabalik  ;) thanks again...

one more concern nga pa po pala regarding DIY island hopping... sabi around 1k+ ang rent ng boat i wonder lang po if may permit pang dapat kunin. if meron how and where to secure a permit? thanks

DIY yan.

^yup sis via airphil din kami  ;D upon seeing your photos sa blog mo napa-wish naman ako bigla na sana june na  ;D hahaha excited ever...  so sis sa honda bay pagdating sa port all you need to do next is to look for a boat to be rented na lang pala mas makakasave nga kesa pag package pa ang kukunin diskarte na lang kailangan kung baga dito... pero paano pala sis like kami 2 lang kami ni hubby mag re-rent ng boat for the honda bay are they going to fill in kaya muna yung total na kinakarga nila before lumarga?

^DIY na lang talaga sis ang City Tour since isisingit singit na lang namin eto if saan may ample time and Island Hopping na rin since nakikita ko na mas tipid, if incase na above P1500 makuha naming boat just for us may menos pa rin compared if we will a package na nasa P1,200/pax  pang pasalubong na din yun ;D UR naman I am considering Audissie Pension Package for P4,800 inclusion of room accommodation and UR thats good for two na ...
