You can swim kahit papano kung may pool yung hotel ninyo.
You can also do island hopping kung maliksi ka pa kumilos.
Pero if I were pregnant and happen to be in boracay, I would just eat a lot nag ma-pe-people watching.
It would be nice na wala akong activity na iniisip, maglalakad lang or mag-lounge lang with a book.

Even pregnant women can have a blast in Boracay. Enjoy Boracay sand and water. Pwede mag swimming sa hotel pool. Masarap mag food trip - many restaurants to choose from (Filipino, Japanese, Italian, American, Spanish, Greek, Mexican, Indian, etc.). Pwede mag pa foot massage sa beach or sa hotel room. Go to Mount Luho Viewpoint to enjoy the view. Sabihan lang si Manong tricycle driver na dahan dahan lang ang pagdadrive. Pwede rin magtricycle papuntang Puka Beach (PHP 150 one-way special trip as of January 2015). Visit Shangri-La Boracay and have a hearty buffet. Pwede makisabay sa free shuttle nila sa DMall:)
