BREADED FISH FILLET - FRIED

1 lg. egg
1 tbsp. cold milk
250 gms fish fillet (for my fish fillet i use labahita, pinapagawa ko na sa market yung pagfillet hindi kasi ko marunong hehe)
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs (yung pang tempura try mo mas masarap than the usual bread crumbs lang)
1/2 teaspoon salt

Stir together 1st 2 ingredients in a bowl for the egg mixture. In a plate mix 1 1/2 cups dried bread crumbs with 1 teaspoon salt. Put fish fillets first in egg mixture then coat well with bread crumbs.

for the dip sis i just use ketchup and mayo mixture..

Beat 2 tablespoons canola oil or 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon butter in fry pan over medium heat and fry bread fish until golden brown.

 Here's my Parmesan-crusted dory recipe:

2 whole dory fillets
1/2 cup flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg slightly beaten
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
oil

Season dory fillets with salt and pepper. Lightly dredge in flour
In a bowl combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese
Dip fillets in beaten eggs and coat in breadcrumbs and parmesan mixture
Fry until golden brown on both sdes. Pat dry with tissue

FOR THS SAUCE (GARLIC MAYO DRESSING)

1/2 cup mayo
1 tbsp lemon or calamansi juice
1 tsp cooked garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Almost same lang naman yun method of cooking the fish fillet here,,like for me,,massage muna ng calamansi and salt yun dory fillet,,tapos cut into square size,,FEB yun code ,,dip in flour then egg and breadcrumbs (japanese breadcrumbs)'fry in oil until golden brown in medium heat ,,yun dip lang,,ayaw kasi ng maasim ng kids ko,,so  ommit the mayonaise,,,,yun cream of mushroom and nestle cream ang gawa ko,,saute sa garlic and butter yun.,,dip na gusto nila. :D ;)

Super yummy and easy to make ang breaded fish fillet! For the breading, i use parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, pepper and a little basil lang. This is what i use for chicken fillets as well. Yung parmesan cheese pricey pero ang tagal bago sulit and matagal maubos.  :)
