Hi! I would suggest na kung nag-start nang tumubo yung mga first sets of teeth niya mga 6 months onward na ata yan, after eating or drinking milk you just wipe ur baby's teeth with clean cloth kasi soft pa yung mga gums nila baka dumugo kung i-toothbrush na then pag one year old na siya you can brush her teeth na....
Hope nakatulong ako... :)

im not sure if this is right. but i bought this tongue brush made of soft silicon from bebeta. i started cleaning my baby's tongue once a day lang when she was 2 months old. i still use it though, kase she likes it, minsan nga kinakagat niya. i guess, it relaxes the gums din. but anyway, sometimes i use wet cloth nga to clean the tongue entirely. mas effective un.

my son loves to brush his teeth kaya lang since he's just 2.7 y/o minsan di niya nabubrush lahat, so what I do is, gumagamit ako ng sterile gauze (approx 2" ang kapad) i wrapit around my pointing finger and i use that para malinis ko ipin niya including his tongue. his pediadentist adviced me to do that, so far wala pa naman sira ipin ng baby ko... pagkatapos niya magmilk, pinapainom ko rin sya ng tubig agad..  :)

i know, its out of the topic but what about on cleaning the baby's mouth? like, my baby is 10 months old and i still use the old school way - wet cloth wiping the surface of the tounge and inside of the cheeks. is it still effective? my pedia says it still safe. but what about you guys? any thoughts?

you can use a finger toothbrush for babies. you also have to brush the tongue. you may use a sterilized gauze (wrapped around your index finger), dip in warm water & scrape off the milk that accumulated on the tongue....and always give water to your baby after drinking milk.

My pedia advised me to use toothpaste or to brush the teeth of my kid 7months pa lang si baby. Sabi ng pedia ko sa time daw na mgkaroon na ng teeth si baby pwede nang mgbrush tayo ng teeth niya.Kasi I'm very much concerned sa teeth ni baby coz I was not blessed talaga with healthy teeth kahit anong alaga ng mom ko ang me,di talaga healthy teeth ko,so ngayon super alaga ako ky baby sa teeth niya... ;)

lumalabas na tooth ng 8month old ko,i'm so excited. :D i really really want to take care of it,gusto ko maging perfect yung pearly whites niya..i like to try that spiffies, although i'm not having a hard time cleaning his mouth using clean cloth and water only,in fact,he loves me cleaning his mouth for him.nginangatngat niya. ;D and mas sure ka malilinis mo lahat ng sulok ng mouth niya pag clothang gamit mo,(gums, tounge, inner cheeks) i still prefer brushing teeth than any wipe lang kc baka makasanayan, lam niyo na,tamarin mag toothbrush sa sarili niya at mag wipes nalang forever. ;D although maganda jan,pag on the go and brushing is not available for the moment, pwedeng pwede ang wipes lang.kayo ba mga sis,did u use finger toothbrush na nung nag erupt na first tooth ng baby niyo or cloth padin?did u use toothpaste na or water lang pag brush niyo teeth ng infant niyo as young as 8 months?gusto ko sana siya dalin sa pedia dentist, pero pag 1 year old nalang siguro siya at pag medyo madami na teeth, excited lang talaga ako.actually,di pa nalabas, mga super konti pa lang, palabas palang pero kita ko na yung head ng white tooth. ;)kala nga namin lalabas na yonung nag 7 months siya kc bumukol or umumbok na,tagal pa pala yun lalabas. :D
