Re: fresh pineapple is bad for early pregnancy?

babycenter.com.uk warns that eating large amounts of pineapple stimulates your tummy and it can also stimulate your uterus (womb) which could get your labour going.
careduringpregnancy.com says that when pineapple is taken in large amounts, it could become an abortifacient; a substance that can induce abortion.
drugs.com however contradicts these by saying "Information regarding safety and efficacy in pregnancy and lactation is lacking. Data is lacking to support the historical use of pineapple to induce menstruation and abortion."

I consulted with my OB, she said na basta in moderation lang lahat. I still include it on my diet, lalo na yung pineapple kasi rich yun sa vitamin c. Syempre, still include other healthy food for pregnant women to ensure na balance diet talaga

I tried it alongside evening primrose oil need ko kasi mainduce and bleed because of missed miscarriage.
