Hi sis, you prefer ba na package na? I can suggest a van driver then hanap ka nalang ng accomodations mo.

Was in Bohol last March with my friends then last July with my family (14 pax with a 6 mos baby). Both trips we stayed at Dao Diamond Hotel, but its in Tagbilaran. You prefer ba to stay in Panglao Island?

If you want a private escape in Bohol,  would recommend Alona Golden Palm resort.

Check out my personal blog and Alona's website.

okay din magstay sa Alona White Beach Resort, yon nga lang medyo pricey pero worth naman kasi ang galing ng service nila. :)

we went to bohol last month. we stayed in dumaluan beach resort. on our second day, we went on the countryside tour. we paid 2k for 12 sites/places. ang contact namin is jonald (naldix) cubero. here's his numbers if you need airport transfers and tours: 09228828697/09173241511/09999906211. reliable and mababait ang drivers niya. yung dumaluan reservation namin, we booked through agoda. 9k for 4 days and 3 nights with free breakfast buffet for 3 adults and 1 toddler tapos deluxe room (with tv, bathtub, aircon, fridge).

it was so much fun. ang daming puwedeng gawin sa bohol tapos relaxing ang place. we want to go back. last year, my parents and brother stayed in bohol divers resort. 800 for a standard room per night (no tv, fridge). you have to call the resort's number para mag-inquire about the room kasi hindi siya stated sa website.  ;) they availed of the countryside tour and sea tour through kuya tatsky (brother ni kuya naldix). regarding the river cruise, we went to the loboc river. sabi ng brother ko mas maganda daw yung sa loay river kasi sa loboc madami na madadanang houses sa gilid.

for our trip, we skipped the sea tour kasi may toddler kaming kasama and para maiba naman. we went on a day tour in panglao island nature resort and spa. 550 per person ang entrance. yung 450 pesos consumable. maiksi lang ang shoreline nila pero maganda. fine white sand tapos ang ganda ng infinity pool. may cave din sa premises nila which we visited. we just took a tricycle ride papunta dun from dumaluan. 500 pesos balikan na through kuya rene. his number is 09196175338. reasonable na kasi malayo pala tapos balikan na yung singil niya. we gave him a tip na lang. mabait naman si kuya. he can also tour you around panglao if you want.

if you like food tripping and night life, sa alona kayo maghanap ng resorts. sa bolod kasi (part ng dumaluan, whites and greens resort and bohol beach club) tahimik tapos konti lang makakainan. you'll depend on the resorts' restos lang talaga.

Hi All.  Will be vacationing this coming December with family in Bohol.  Can you recommend a nice place to stay with pool that is senior citizen friendly but with beachfront view as well? It can either be in Alona or Panglao.  Thanks.

just got back from our bohol trip...buti na lang di umulan the whole day, pero naiinitan ako (may heat intolerance ata talaga ako hehe) kaya we skipped some of the tourist spots included in the itinerary na, plus it's my 2nd time na din kaya di ako masyado excited hehe...we took the 7am sailing of supercat (2Go), inavail na din namin yung promo nila na RT ticket for 890/pax (?)..from the port, sinundo na kami ng van and diretso na countryside tour, we had our lunch at loboc river/floating resto (400/pax) and my parents really enjoyed it, nice experience daw for them...by 4 pm, tapos na kami, di kami masyado nagtagal kasi nga ang init, and may toddler pa akong kasama...we  (5 adults, 1 toddler) stayed at bohol bee farm, we got 3 garden bungalows, nice naman ang rooms, katuwa nga yung names ng rooms- eggplant, raddish and carrot..actually the rooms can accomodate up to 3-4 pax kasi malaki yung bed and may sofa bed pa, but since ang lakas maghilik ng father ko and yung assistant ko so we decided to get 3 rooms na lang ;D  nice naman ang place, very relaxing pero ang mahal ng food kasi organic ata lahat, good thing may free buffet breakfast na included...natuwa naman father ko because it was his 1st time to eat flowers haha, yes may mga flowers dun sa salad nila and nagustuhan niya...we were also able to try their famous malunggay ice cream, and masarap nga pati yung cone na ginamit (80 pesos per serving, with 2 big scoops)...the following morning, nag-tour lang kami around the area then hinatid na kami ng shuttle sa tagbilaran port and back to cebu na...

 Hello sisters,

Last October my family went to Bohol for our bonding time and our daughter's 13th birthday. Bohol is a truely magnificent place. Friendly ang mga tao. My cousin told me instead of a party plan a trip for your family. And he was right. More quality time and the first time we saw our kids not hehe... Try Bohol if you like to travel and bond as a family. We got our package from travelwhiz.
Good Luck and have fun.
