    • on-line raket! :)

hi all!!!

just want to share what sideline i have been doing lately.  have been selling homebaked goodies by my hubby and i. last december, instead of buying give-aways for family friends, we tried to baked our heart out.  we gaveaway cookies and apple pies.  now i started baking cupcakes too. while hubby is into different types of healthy breads - sweet potato rolls, rustic bread, raisin loaf, etc.
it turned out to be a cool business. nagpapaskil lang ako sa gate whatever is available for the day.

someday, i hope to join tiangge and fairs na. hehe kapag malakas na ang loob ko.  ;D

hi myla, that's an interesting business. something you like doing and you earn from it. dream career ko yan. hehe. baked goods make nice gifts too. have you put up your multiply shop yet? :)

and like what i suggested in another thread, there's also what you call paid blogging :) if you have a blog with Blogger or Wordpress (or something else), you can earn reviewing products and services. right out of your office corner at home.

ako i joined PayPerPost, since i already have a blog, and i earned about $100 in 2 months just by blogging :) saya. so now gusto ko na nga mg-resign at mag blog nalang. hehe kidding. no really, i know some blogging friends who really make a living out of it. try mo din if you're into writing :)

wow, really?? :O

same question here mga sis, although I have a credit card naman...when I tried to register last night, I was asked for my credit card number, di ko na tinuloy pag register kasi takot ako to divulge such info eh, alam nyo na marami na scam na nangyayari ngayon. To those who have paypal accounts already, please share your thoughts and experiences regarding paypal so that interested SP moms can learn from you too...Thanks po :)

I've started joining online surveys.  It just takes 5-10 minutes per survey.  You need to have a paypal account though.  Email me at sherissa@ymail.com for details. Thanks!

Hi all!

After giving birth to my first last year, I had this special arrangement with my boss/my friend that I will afford going to office at most 3x a week only.  So I am until now, enjoying the time I spend with my son, 4 to 5 days a week.  Now that he is 1 year and 4 months already, I have extra time in my hands.  Thats why I'm able to log-in mas often na nga.  ;D  If he's awake, I usually play with him for 30 minutes then he plays around the room where I have my home office corner situated conveniently in the same room. That way, I could still watch him (sometimes join him) play. Fortunately, I have a very reliable "manang" to take care of him when I'm not around.

Now, I'm thinking of starting a small business (foodcart, etc.) Or better yet, any home-based negosyo.
I just don't know where to start.  Any ideas, suggestions, tips etc. are most welcome. Sana yung di masyado malaki yung start up capital. ;)

help!!!  :-[
Hope to hear from you guys...

Hi!ask ko lang po if yung sinasabi nyong home office corner eh home based job na online? im very interested po kasi sa mga home based job eh since i am working in a call center eh yun na ang gamay kong work. can anyone help me? Thanks!

Re: any suggestion for those who want to work at home?

hi mommy sweetmj:

I've been working from home for more than a year now, and so far so good. :-)

Masaya kasi araw-araw kasama ko si baby. We can play, go out, and do activities without me worrying about filing for a leave. :-) Iba talaga ang feeling.

Actually, you can try out muna mga part-time work from home jobs habang employed ka pa with your regular work. That is if you just want to try it out first before you resign. Pero kung ok naman kayo financially and you can resign na agad, you can go full-time na din with online work. Medyo mahirap lang sa umpisa, pero when you get the hang of it, ok na sya. :-)

I suggest that if you want to try it out, you look for jobs on oDesk. Walang sign-up fee, but you do have to invest your time and effort to create a good profile and of course look for a job dun sa site. Pero super dami namang job options and you can even choose to do part-time work kung gusto mo na mas madami ka pa din time for family. I've been working through oDesk since I resigned last year. :-)

Good luck with your endeavors sis! :-)

sis cris25:

tama ka dyan sis! it gets boring sometimes...nakakamiss din yung may officemates ka to talk to and bond with, yung mga office events and activities, and siempre yung mga benefits (13th month lalo na. hehe.). :D Minsan napapaisip din ako to go back to the corporate world, pero isang tingin lang sa daughter ko, hay nawawala na agad yung thought. Hehe.
