i found this local baby food nutri-del at  powerplant last month (or july yata ). she likes it with papaya. or i mix with squash or carrots sa ibang araw para di magsawa. minsan gusto  niya kahit walang mix. nakakaaliw nga kasi kahit di naman matamis nagustuhan ni baby

4 months is too early, breastfeeding pa daw dapat sabi nni pedia!:)

My started solid last saturday kc 6 mos na sya at dahil first time mom sobra ako excited.

Tips for different kind of solid foods. Please help me po...
« Reply #122 on: April 05, 2013, 04:32:49 pm »

Sa mga kaSP, please help me naman po for the menu of solid foods. My baby is 8months old and ang hirap niya pakainin as in tumatagal ng 1 to 2 hrs ang pagpapakain sa kanya maubos lang po yung food niya.. I want to give him a fully fresh food/vegetables na sana kaso sobrang hirap niya pakainin even lugaw and mixed foods napipilitan lang syang kainin.
Please help me naman po if ano pong secret nyo for the solid foods..

not sure if totoo, but sabi kasi nila usually kapag nasanay sa cerelac, gerber, etc ang bata nagiging picky eater daw. what i did was veggies, lugaw and fruits talaga yung binigay ko kay baby nung nag-start siya mag solids. steam ko lang yung veggies, then mash, tapos pakain ko na, di ko hinahaluan ng seasoning. now that she's 3, she eats kung ano man ang food na available. hindi siya mapili, although, siyempre, may preferences pa rin siya and may food na mas like niya kainin over others.

First foods for baby
« Reply #124 on: April 12, 2013, 11:21:27 am »

Hi mga mommies,

I'm a first time mom and my baby is already 4 months old last April 5. Ask ko lang what month pwede na pakainin si baby ng solid foods and what foods ang pwede niya kainin? Most people say na during 5th or 6th month pwede na iintroduce kay baby ang solid foods.
Please share naman your experiences and advices on the proper way of feeding my baby, right and nutritious foods to eat or liquids to drink while eating, after care, some tips, etc.

Thank you in advance! Highly appreciated! :)

carrots / chicken / apples
kamote / chicken / spinach
potato / kamote / sweet corn
kamote / chicken / apple / peas / carrots
beef / carrots / pasta / peas / cheese

My mom gave me recipes for the baby. I began to feed on her recipes puree and cream soups. Now my son is 5 years old, but I still try to feed him healthy and healthy food. I have an application on my phone, I often find there apkbird.com/en/com.mufumbo.android.recipe.search are good and simple recipes. My son likes vegetables and sour-milk products, for example cottage cheese, not sweet yogurt, kefir. So I just need to find him a good recipe.

Foods For Babies (Ideas)
« Reply #132 on: January 08, 2019, 12:55:51 pm »

Hello mga mommies! I am a first time  mommyand  I've been used of feeding my son home cooked meals nung nag-solid foods na siya, pero minsan nagsasawa din siya kasi naulit-ulit na even though I do variations sa foods niya.. Now that he turned 12months and got only 4 teeth (2 up and 2 down), what foods do you usually give to your own babies?

Matakaw kumain ang baby ko, I would like to ask ideas from you mommies what do you give to your babies?? 😊😍 Thank you!

He started eating complementary foods (solids) when he was 5 months old.. I gave him pureed carrots, squash, sayote, potato, sweet potato, sweet peas, apple, banana, avocado lahat mixed with his formula milk..bumili ako ng blender just for him.. When he turned 8 monthd months I gave him green beans then lugaw2 mixed with veggies.. Pero ngayon na 1 year old ayaw na niya sa lugaw.. Kaya i made variation sa foods niya mixed with rice. Hands on mommy din ako 🍚☺
