Penne Pasta with Tuna

Ingredients:

1 can tuna in solid water
1 can peeled tomatoes
1/4 cup black olives (sliced)
1/2 kilo penne pasta (cooked according to package directions)
1/2 cube pork bullion
2 cloves crushed garlic
capers (optional)
1/4 cup olive oil
pepper
Italian seasoning*(about 1 teaspoon or as needed)

Procedure:

1. Remove seeds from the peeled tomatoes. Drain and chop. Set aside.
2. Heat olive oil and saute garlic. Add tomatoes.
3. Add tuna & pork bullion.
4. Season with salt & pepper
5. Add capers & olives
6. Add Italian Seasoning

*I use McCormick Italian Seasoning whenever I cook this recipe.

Hmmm... magluto din kaya ako nito sa weekend? Kaso carbonara ang request ng asawa ko eh...

thanks for the recipe sis @yhamslove...mahilig kami ni hubby sa italian foods like pasta and pizza and gumagawa din tlaga kami, nagluluto sa bahay ng own version kapag tinatamad lumabas...madami nadin kami natry na pasta recipe pero ako fave ko talaga is white sauce, hehe!

sorry sis now lang ulit nakavisit, yes sis parang mushroom-cheese white pasta yung natutunan ko sa friend ko, yung hubby ko naman nagttry ng different alfredo..medyo mahirap kasi abroad kami, muslim country kaya mahirap makahanap ng masarap na bacon na for me is one main ingredients for alfredo hehe!
